Thighstop

First time I went here it was ok. The second time I went it was awful. There's this young guy that works there. He already had wings done and threw sauce on them to serve me. They were horrible. I know for a fact they are supposed to be cooked to order. I knew a manager and he told me that Wingstop has strict standards for the temperature they are supposed to be served at. Never gonna go back to this place again.

One word, Ratchet. I was so unimpressed by this location. I've always enjoyed the Baton Rouge locations and expect a lot more. They haven't been open that long so I can only assume there is a lot of hiring and training opportunities. The cashier didn't know what she was doing, the floors were greasy which made our chairs keep sliding (my son fell out of his chair, it was hard to keep the chair from moving around.) Been to this location twice now! Both times with just terrible attitudes, even with the manager today, and extremely long wait times. I can deal with the wait, but the attitude and lack of any kind of customer service is just unacceptable. Oh, and on top of that, make sure to check your orders before leaving, because neither one of ours were correct.
