T'quilas Bar and Grill

We moved to Louisiana and have visited this place 3 times and it has been the best Mexican food restaurant in the area. I’m Mexican and I can describe the taste of the food as authentic. The red sauce with beans as a starter is delicious. Finally the micheladas are as they should be!!! The fajitas are well marinated and cooked and the Mexican rice is the best!! Our waiter is a killing machine, he had several tables and was always attentive, fast and friendly. The place is clean with nice music in Spanish. It’s definitely a gem in Demham Springs. From now it’s our favorite place so far ?

Best Mexican place in the area! It’s me and husbands all time favorite place to eat out. The service and atmosphere is always amazing. The food is some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had! We went tonight and they had live music that made it all the better!

My absolute favorite place in denham! We’ve come here a few times a month since moving here a year ago and the food has been delicious each and every time ?
The service has always been polite and quick- up until the last few visits. We’ve gotten the same waitress the last 3 times and its getting tiring to have someone who so obviously does not want to be there and seems annoyed that we’re there. Example- today someone else dropped the food (not a problem) but we were never checked on and since we were done for a while just put our card on the table, she came by and just snatched the card and walked off without saying a word.
Like i said we absolutely love this place and the food and i hope service improves before we have to find a new place

Very nice Mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa and bean sauce was very good. The soft chicken plate was very good also. The decor in the restaurant was colorful.

Just ate at T'quilas and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was expected for a Mexican restaurant and the service was excellent.
I would recommend if you want Mexican cuisine.

We’ve been here a couple of times since they reopened as T’quilas Bar and Grill and it’s always been amazing food, service and atmosphere. I usually get the quesadillas, which are amazing, but decided to try the tortilla soup…it was delicious!!! Big thanks to the manager tonight, she went above and beyond! I had an 11 hour work day today and I needed that top-shelf margarita, thanks for making it perfect for me! Thank you!

We were going to have supper.... How
ever, when you're sitting in a booth for 20 minutes with menus. No drink order, no nothing. We left. As we were leaving 4 of the hostest/wait staff were by the door shooting the gossip. Not worth my time to even explain why we we are done, why we won't be back. We ended UP at Victoria's. Much better!!!!!

This was my husband and I‘s first time eating here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles, our server was absolutely attentive and fantastic and the food was even more amazing. My husband had the breakfast Burrito plate. I had the combination platter with a chicken hard taco and a chicken flauta. We also had strawberry and lime margarita on the rocks, which was a perfect addition to the meal. Would highly suggest eating here if you’re in the mood for TexMex!

10 out of 10 highly recommend eating here. Food is true Texmex and is always consistent, the wait staff is friendly and will help answer any questions regarding menu. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. My husband and I eat here at least once every week and we are NEVER disappointed!

While the food is good, the service was subpar. We went on a weeknight around 8pm with only 2 other tables sat with customers. Our waitress seemed to have a hard time understanding our drink order which should've been our first sign to leave.

She asked for our drink order which was 2 waters and 2 cocktails off their menu. Just the names of the cocktails were given.. no modifications. About 15-20 minutes go by and still no waters even were brought to us as we are eating chips/salsa and thirsty. Another waitress approaches us and tells us that our waitress had a hard time getting what drinks we wanted. So we had to repeat our drink request to her. The waters came out shortly after, but another 10-15 min wait for the cocktails added on.

So then we order our food. 10 minutes later the girl comes back asking my boyfriend which salad he wanted again. He ordered a taco salad add chicken... but she wasn't able to understand his order so he had to point on the menu which one he wanted. Also no refills done for the water the whole time we were there... I ended up giving my boyfriend mine so he could have something to drink. We finally get our food which was good. When we leave my boyfriend decided his first time there was not impressive with how complicated it became to get a simple order down, in addition to the long periods we waited to get drink service. As soon as we left he said we won't be going back.
