Your service on April 2, 2024 , at 7:00 p.m. sucked. My husband and I wanted breakfast food after working all day and very hungry. We walked in and one girl said “welcome to Waffle House”. We sat at a booth for 10 minutes expecting someone to come and take our order. That never happened. Your workers (two of them were just standing watching the cooks and would look at us). The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. There was empty tables for customers. They had one girl waiting on her tables but the two standing was not doing ANYTHING. We love going to Waffle House in the mornings in Watson (very close to home). We drove to the Waffle House in Denham Springs by the Interstate. We are being served right away. Thank you Waffle House in D.S.

The food is decent but I’ve boycotted them for 2 years since i discovered that they secretly charge a 20% “service charge” on all to-go orders. When I first made this post it was 10%, but they’re greedy. So you get paid to do your job, then charge me 20% to put it in a bag? GTFOH! Bought myself a Blackstone and can out cook these rip off artists any day of the week. Good luck ripping people off charging that 20% “service charge”.

There was a loud verbal fight between management and staff that lasted over 10 minutes. Very uncomfortable, and we left with to go bags instead. Very disappointing!

Service was wonderful, the Waiter Kelsey was amazing she helped me get what I wanted. She was kind and amazing. Food was delicious and it came to the table fast. The atmosphere was perfect. The only thing was it was really busy but it is a Sunday so it makes sense. I wanna thank Kelsey for helping all of us get our food. thank you for your service ?
I've been to a lot of waffle houses in my day and this one honestly has great service and solid food. Even when I walk in with a crowd I've never had to wait since I'm willing to sit at the bar. Great staff, more attentive than your average WH. Love the Christmas decor this time of year.
Did not ever get to order. We got up and left when we were not even acknowledged.
