The guy dealing with the drivethru tried to tell me i couldnt pay with cash because he didnt know how to use the machine properly, he was rude while i was ordering, rude when i got to the window.My boyfriend wanted 4 4 pieces and we only got two, then i didnt even get my nuggets with my biggie bag. Im missing half of my order! This is ridiculous

If I could rate zero I would. Sat in line on 30 minute lunch break for 22 minutes, with 2 cars ahead of me. Food was ice cold, and not one person working there was worried about putting forth any effort at all to hurry. Won't be going back; paid almost $12 for a single meal and should have saved my money as I threw the lunch away.

I got off from work headed to Wendy’s nobody in the parking lot. Nobody inside it is now currently 11:55 PM. The store does not close until 2 AM. I drive to the window and the person on the intercom was very nice when they told me to hold on for one second OK no problem. Why am I holding on if you have zero customers inside or out? Just close this location down already!

Here we go in October 2025 Used Mobile app get up to window told no sweet tea, order a Dr Pepper they come back in a minute to say no Dr Pepper then told no bq sauce and I wonder exactly what they have!!!! Don't go here, just don't. This was my previous experience 3 years ago The food itself wasn't bad. Here is what happened. Placed our order June 30 around 2pm not many dining inside at the time. Given our cups to fix drinks, no straws no lids no napkins at the area for drinks ....asked for lids and straws thought maybe they would put napkins on our tray..they did not. No sauce for my nuggets even thou they asked which one I wanted and no spoon for our strawberry frosty. It was so melted I just drank it! First time to try it and my last. Not too good. Stick with the chocolate..

Please allow me to finish my order before interrupting. I didn’t even finish getting “I want a junior bacon cheeseburger meal” out of my mouth before I was interrupted so I couldn’t say how I wanted it until the very end after I was asked other questions. I was so flustered I didn’t order the right things, I was so rushed. I didn’t the right sandwich or toppings.

One car behind me today. They made me pull to the front after ordering at drive thru. They forgot I was there. Waited out there fifteen minutes then had to go in to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t keep up with pulling up one vehicle you shouldn’t be doing it to pretend you’re hitting your service time’s.

I got two meals for lunch here. One for my dad and one for me. I rushed back to work to eat my desk...busy busy day!! I sit down at my desk and started eating...then I was ready to VOMIT! I worked so late that day and could not make it back In time to let them know.. they didn't answer the phone and I went the day without eating cause my stomach was so soured! If I was to get back there or get in touch with them I only wanted my money back cause I would NEVER eat there again.
Because of the 2 RAW MEAT patties that was sold to me.

I arrive to pick up an online order that is supposed to be ready based on the time quoted. No cars in the drive through and no customers inside. I get there and am immediately told that it'll be at least a 5 minute wait. Meanwhile the manager (i think) is outside the front door smoking a cigarette with a friend or something. He apologized for the wait, but while he was outside the front door smoking, leaving only one employee inside to work alone. The manager said it was because there was only two of them.
