The wings don't have much taste to them. The fried corn was disgusting. The music was so loud and they wouldn't turn it down. I wouldn't go here again.

Visited location yesterday for an online pickup. Wasn’t greeted at the counter by anyone. The young man who then serviced me didn’t speak at all. I politely thanked him as I left, and he didn’t respond; it was like talking to a wall. I’ve visited this location in the past, and the customer service experience was similar.

Wing stop? More like wing STOP IT. Rude employees who can’t be bothered to do their job. Acting like you are inconveniencing them by your existence. I came to pickup an online order and there were employees standing in front of the counter where my food was sitting just looking at me. No offer to help. Purposely avoiding eye contact. Wouldn’t acknowledge my attempts to talk to them. Walked away and started talking to another employee who was - wait for it - also standing around doing nothing. Finally the lady working the register acknowledged me with the warmth of someone trying to pass a kidney stone. After I asked if I could please pick up my to go order- She sighed, melted over to the to-go counter (I don’t have a verb other than melted - it was like a glacier slowly drifting 3ft across the room). She grabs my bag, slowly swings it over to the counter as if revealing a magic trick and then dropped it on the counter with a thud before melting back over to the register. My “thank you” was greeted with a grunt like a moose in mating season. So yeah, 5 stars on awfulness. Oh, and the order was messed up (shocker). Nope, won’t be back.

I placed a late night order on July 27th, i arrived there before closing time only to be told by the worker that they never received my order but somehow i would be getting a refund in 2-3 business days. I called back 2 business days later asking for an update because i never received my money and the worker on duty there said that she was putting in a refund request then! But i thought it had been done??? And beforehand i kept calling and they would hang up in my face! $43 still missing from my account to this day!! Don’t go here AT ALL!! Customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

some lady that’s always working the counter has the nastiest attitude, or lets talk about the lady who is a cook who’s so lazy that she puts all the wings in one box and messes up the count of the wings you’re supposed to have. the food is good but the employees suck and they always have a wait time. they never answer the phone y'all need to do better !!

I had a great experience at this Wing Stop. The wait can be a little lengthy, but that is understandable to say how busy they are. All of the employees were working and hustling to get the orders out. My food was fresh & hot and even the music at this location was Superb. I didn’t mine waiting at all with the vibes they had going. Javonte was a great front desk associate making sure that everyone that had been waiting was taken care of, definitely my new favorite Wing Stop!

If you want to have a messed up order go here. First time I doordashed , they missed my brownie. Decided to go inside and they missed the brownie once again and this time shorted me wings. Paid for 15 got 10. This is a joke of a location, I’ll continue to drive to Hammond.

BEWARE!! Do not eat at the wing stop on Juban. If I could give 0 stars I would for sure. The food is terrible and the service is worse.The employees are so unfriendly and rude and when I went the girl at the counter had to finish her drink before helping me and the MANGER is worse than the employees. They or all so rude and not helpful at all. I have been to this location twice and both times were terrible but the second time was worse than the first. They get your order wrong and then refuse to redo it. They need to close this place down or get a new staff especially a new MANGER.The MANAGER is not a good fit to work with the public or to be over other employees.
