Horrible customer services always saying they don’t take orders in the restaurant you have to place your order online while they just standing around on the phone leaning on the tables where they prepare the food at just disgusting and they have the nasties attitudes

Rude employees, they forgot my 20pc wings I go back in and the employee give me attitude . I had to go get my bag of food to show them I was missing wings. I already waited an hour for my food. So they said it will be another 30mins. The worst service ever. I don’t know how this wing stop is still in business.

Called at 11 p.m. No answer, so I decided to drive there. I was denied service at 11:25 when there's a sign that says "wing experts, open until midnight". The workers tried to argue I didn't call until someone corrected them and they apologized. I don't recommend this location, nor will I visit any location if this is the service to expect. There was four workers in the lobby doing absolutely nothing.

Bad customer service. There were about 5 people working and only 1 person was packing the orders while the others were sitting on the kitchen counters being loud and they don’t have their hair tied up.

they cook our strips in all day old grease, and all the strips looked burnt. Terrible customers service, terrible food quality. Definitely a waste of money.

We came into winstop tonight @7:10pm and it was chaotic and disorganized. We didn't get to order because no one was available to take our order. The manager (I guess) was ugly to waiting customers saying"If you have an online order ,then you need to come over to this side and If you want to place an order, it's a two hour wait". We will not support this store again. It's the presentation people when you're in the business of serving others.

"Absolutely Horrible – Never Ordering Again!" This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders, but when I got home, the tenders were missing. When I called, they casually admitted they knew they were out of tenders but didn’t bother to tell me or offer anything to make up for it. They just let me walk out with an incomplete order, as if my money and time didn’t matter.
The wings I did get were awful—dry, overcooked, and barely sauced. The fries? Cold, stale, and tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. I was so hungry and frustrated I ended up having to order from somewhere else just to get a proper meal. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers. If you’re thinking about ordering here, save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Stoped at wing stop on Juban at 7:00 on a Sunday for some wings. Was told “we are out of everything but Chicken Sandwiches!” How does this happen?? Never stop here again!

came in with my boyfriend super excited to get wings. as soon as we walk in some other girl asks if we’re picking up or placing. we tell her placing. she then says “hold on” and walks to the back. came back and told us someone will be right with us. she then clocks out!! we had to wait 10 minutes for this black lady with black braids with blue on the end shows up. she asks us the same thing.. “pick up or placing” and then she rolls her eyes and waves us over…since when did people start rolling their eyes at customers? she had an attitude the entire time. another customer came and and she did the same thing. they weren't even busy!! its like this every time we go here. the staff are always awful. whoever runs this really needs to rehire..

The night shift sucks !!! I asked for the girl at the front counter to read that I wanted my wings well done and she looked at me and didn’t tell him anything . Then when she gave me my cup she just threw it on the counter . She a child the only Reason I didn’t get disrespectful but this is crazy. My food still didn’t come the way I wanted it to gummy wings
