Hour wait on food never got the drink we ordered to come with food. Smallest breakfast wrap ever seen

I hate that this had to be my first impression of this place. My fiancé and I ordered the chicken the waffles. When we arrived home to open up our box we saw that the chicken was burnt to a crisp. Whoever plated this must not have any respect for their customers. To not only put one burnt chicken but plate TWO burnt chickens is crazy! I called and the manager did give a refund so I appreciated that. We are still out of breakfast though.

First we walked in and were not greeted at all. We had to ask if we just pick where to sit and the guy said yes. We had to move two tables together for our party of 6. The food was not great. The roast beef did not look like roast beef. The sauce that comes on it was not good. The BBQ burger had another sauce other than BBQ sauce and it wasn’t listed on the menu. When we asked about it they just said I guess that’s the aioli sauce. My husband said that wasn’t listed under the details of the menu and it just was ignored. My mom got the hamburger steak which she said was good but it was ice cold. The service was okay - but definitely not worth the 20% tip they added onto our check. We were 3 adults and 3 kids. Never asked us how we were doing or anything. We won’t be returning to this place.
Over $100 bill and all of us left dissatisfied with the food.

Good place. There is lots on the menu. We ate breakfast this time. Their pancakes were good. The biscuits may have been canned? Breakfast sausage may have been frozen patties? I was kind of disappointed about those two. Other than that, the service was good. We were in and out quick enough.

The food was good, but lukewarm when I received it. The hot tea was lukewarm also.
The review is actually about my $15.00 gift card. The server only took $10.00 off because she couldn’t see the amount on it. She said she didn’t know if it was $10, $20, $50…. What if I said it was $50. Would she have taken the larger amount off? I have never heard of such a thing. This is my first time at this restaurant. I don’t know why I didn’t question her. I suppose I was in shock.

We waited over 45 minutes for appetizers, and they never arrived. The waitress never even acknowledged the excessively long wait. The restaurant was nearly empty so not sure what the deal was. There was another table next to us that had gotten there before us that also did not receive their food.

The worst! Waited 45 minutes for cold food I did not order. Service sucks. Was told repeatedly my food was on the way out. When the food did arrive, it was not what I ordered and it was cold! Cold grits! Cold eggs! Cold bacon! Cold everything. I will never visit again and I will not recommend! I'm disgusted!

Please Yeagers fix the way you are allowed to just pick any seat. Service is SLOW as can be. Simple order ends up being a 30+ minute wait for an unknown reason although others who walk in get served FIRST? Does not make sense. Someone’s been sitting there for over half an hour and just walked out without being served.

I got the hangover burger. The meat was so thin. I could floss my teeth then it was burnt to a crisp and it just wasn’t very good. I liked the egg tho. Tater tot eh Yeah… my lady said her onion rings had no seasoning and that the bread on her Poboy was too crunchy. I tried it myself. I didn’t really care for myself. Either Dr Pepper tastes great the service was good but they took way too long in the kitchen. I like the waiters I’d hang out with them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Breakfast is horrible. Over an hour wait for food and waiter never came to check on us. When we finally got our food, it was not hot or fresh and the chicken was overcooked. Bird and waffles is disgusting. After an hour wait, the food could have at least been hot. Do not recommend for breakfast! So disappointing.
