Went through the drive through a Syria was so rude.
Tried rushing through the order. Read the order back but said it so quickly I couldn’t catch all of it.
I told her I was not done ordering. She got an attitude. Laughed and gave the headset to a gentlemen that finished the order.
$62 I spent.
Got to the window and snatched my card out of my hand. Got the drinks wrong, so I said something. The was she looked at me was so disrespectful.
She asked me to pull around so that I was not running the timer at window. I asked for her name and she refused.
The man then asked me to pull around I said I will once y’all tell me her name. He lied and said it was Melissa.
I could have sat down somewhere spending this much on food.

Very welcoming atmosphere. My family and I really enjoyed our visit yesterday. The manager was very professional and friendly. We always get the same meals and she knows our order. That's what you call great guest seevice.

Tonight (8/5/25), the manager on duty was incredibly rude not only to my group, but also to the staff working the counter. She kicked us out of the lobby at 9 PM, despite the location being advertised as open until 10. That’s was fine, not a huge deal. While we were leaving, another customer approached the counter to place an order, and the manager yelled at the cashier, “Why are you taking his order?!” The customer apologized and explained he didn’t know they were closing early. The manager responded, “Well HE knows that,” referring to the cashier. The environment felt unnecessarily hostile, and I genuinely feel for the team working under her leadership. Extremely disappointed.

The food tastes good though even when i grilled the cheese sandwich it tasted so much better we got the fries and teaxs toast there good but not as good as the grilled cheese sandwich

Horrible the new manager said she would call me back about replacing my order and she never did, the food was cold and not fresh at all. I was trying to avoid leaving a negative review but when the manager lied to me this was the last straw!

We've eaten here before and was a very decent place to eat. The past few times however seemed to decline. We spent 60$ in this place to get pieces as tenders. For 15$ could have at least been fresh. Instead dry and not hot. As my plate and another plate sat at the top of the window for almost 10 minutes while they waited for more chicken. Then the salad came out and waited for chicken. So the first two plates were dry and cold. The salad didn't have any teriyaki sauce other than a drizzle on the top. Very disappointed. They have 4/5 people working in the front while only one person was manning the back. Get that gentleman some help. I felt like I was at raising canes.
