Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Tonight (8/5/25), the manager on duty was incredibly rude not only to my group, but also to the staff working the counter. She kicked us out of the lobby at 9 PM, despite the location being advertised as open until 10. That’s was fine, not a huge deal. While we were leaving, another customer approached the counter to place an order, and the manager yelled at the cashier, “Why are you taking his order?!” The customer apologized and explained he didn’t know they were closing early. The manager responded, “Well HE knows that,” referring to the cashier. The environment felt unnecessarily hostile, and I genuinely feel for the team working under her leadership. Extremely disappointed.

The food tastes good though even when i grilled the cheese sandwich it tasted so much better we got the fries and teaxs toast there good but not as good as the grilled cheese sandwich

Great service an the food was fresh . My wife an I really enjoyed eating here. We plan on visiting more often. The crew this morning was very pleasant 🙂

Ms. Monica is awesome. Yall need to keep her, shes always smiling and friendly. My food always fresh and hot. Every Sunday I come shes there handling business.

Horrible the new manager said she would call me back about replacing my order and she never did, the food was cold and not fresh at all. I was trying to avoid leaving a negative review but when the manager lied to me this was the last straw!

Thank you to the beautiful young lady working tonight,who helped me. She seemed to have gone above and beyond. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and I just wanted to say thank you again

We've eaten here before and was a very decent place to eat. The past few times however seemed to decline. We spent 60$ in this place to get pieces as tenders. For 15$ could have at least been fresh. Instead dry and not hot. As my plate and another plate sat at the top of the window for almost 10 minutes while they waited for more chicken. Then the salad came out and waited for chicken. So the first two plates were dry and cold. The salad didn't have any teriyaki sauce other than a drizzle on the top. Very disappointed. They have 4/5 people working in the front while only one person was manning the back. Get that gentleman some help. I felt like I was at raising canes.

Brought my youngest there for the first time. Fried pickles, quesadilla, steak fries and tenders all superb. Had the peach tea and it literally tasted like I was drinking a peach. The lady at the counter was professional and friendly. She told us she was new but still did a great job without assistance. Very clean, very nice.

I’ve tried on three separate occasions to order a milkshake since they’ve been added to the menu. All three times the “machine was down.” I don’t see the point of offering something on the menu if you can’t fulfill the order.

I ordered a 4 finger plate asked for Cole slaw with it but yet look what's missing, yup that's right no slaw.

Went at 9:00pm and they stayed they were closed and this was before 10pm. Will not return to this location.

How come when I go to Zaxbys in Denham Springs All the Employees are always parked in the front of the building where the customer are to park!!!!
