This place can never get an order correct. The employees don't care. Don't waste your money. or make sure you check your burger by opening it before you leave. Terrible place to spend money. Got home to see my order was wrong. I called to tell them an they hung the phone up. Never will I ever eat there again. Disgusting service all the way around.

This Burger King location is generally a good place, but the recent experiences of customers have been mixed. While the staff is normally friendly, there have been instances of unprofessional behavior from the kitchen staff.
One customer had a late-night order through the app, but when they arrived to pick it up, they found that the order was not made correctly. The customer later discovered that the items were not prepared properly, likely due to a kitchen worker who was "hollering, cussing, and carrying on."
Another customer, who visited the restaurant with their autistic daughter, had a particularly unpleasant experience. The daughter, who is picky about her food, asked for a burger without mayo or pickles. However, the kitchen staff not only put pickles on the burger but also made fun of the request, complaining about having to remake the order. The manager was informed about the incident, and they promised to address the issue with the staff.
Despite these negative experiences, one customer found the staff to be generally nice, though they found the restaurant's policy of requiring customers to pull up and wait for their order, even when there are no other cars in the drive-thru, to be illogical.
