This review covers my 2nd time to Big Thicket BBQ. So, instead of the Combo plate, which I had the first time. I thought I would have a smaller lunch this time, so I ordered the Brisket Burger with a side of the baked beans. I'm thinking I wouldn't be so tired after eating a 2 or 3 meat combo plate. Delicious!! So insanely delicious!! I had a cup of gumbo and a sample of burnt ends. My husband had the little piggy plate- two sliders, a side (which was Mac n cheese and that is a treat all its own). I regret not getting dessert which will be a definite my next trip. Everything was sooooo good ?
