I placed my of at 12:44 am they don't close till 1:00 am I pulled up the drive thru I waited for someone to say something on the speaker and then this very rude man came on the speaker and yelled we are closed but I was behind another car that placed a order they didn't tell them they were close and as I am driving away from the speaker they say very rude comments thinking I didn't hear them.

Burger King in DeRidder is the definition of failure. The food was cold, the service was rude, and the entire place needs to be erased Man Burger King in DeRidder is so bad, they need to rename it Trash King I bit into that burger and my taste buds called 911 smh

I don't see how this place is still open. It's never any good, the food is always cold, and the restaurant is always a mess. The employees go outside to smoke and what not and come back in when there's a customer and not one time do they wash their hands! Then they go in the back and start hollering and cussing when they have to actually work and prepare the food. They just need to shut it down at this point.

This store has came a long way over the past few years ! The service used to be slow and the food wasn't prepared very well. But now they are quick and the servers are nice clean and friendly. The food is cooked well and it's hot when you get it. Don't have to wait for and hour then get cold food. I recommend it to everyone. And I thank the workers for doing an outstanding job. Keep up the good work. And may God bless you and your family ! I live around the block from the store and when I'm tired I know I can get a good fresh hot meal and not have to wait for an hour for it

Take off that crown, this aint king. BURGERS ARE STILL RAW. FRIES PARTLY FROZEN. grey wet hamburgers. the bread is soggy from the patties not even being heated long enough for the ice to melt from the patty. Bacteria ridden mess.

I probably go here at least once a week just for my grandparents. They LOVE their burgers. To say that my grandmother is extremely picky is an understatement! Yet, somehow, they almost always get the entire order right the first time.Unfortunately, the majority of the time, the people they have dealing with the customers tend to be a tad bit rude and a few times just outright very rude. They do have a few that are just great, but that's maybe 3. Also, the sodas flavors are very off... like Coke-a-Cola tastes more like a cheap Root Beer to me. Sprite always seems to be mixed with something else, and the Diet Cole is off too ?♀️ idk what's up with that.

Surprised bc this Burger King, unlike many fast food places, was actually clean (dining area, restrooms, and front counter area).Stopped by w my sons and their friend Tuesday at 7:50pm. The lady that helped take our order (maybe manager w long dark hair) was very nice to the girl she was helping at the register and me and my whole crew. Took a lil time for our food, but it was hot and fresh and worth the wait.
Kid-friendliness: Crowns were available and ready for the kids which was also cool bc it was Mardi Gras lol
