I ordered 17 pizzas for a Christmas Preschool party a week in advance and confirmed the day before the party. I was assured they would be ready to go by 10:45. I had someone there to pick them up, but they wasn’t ready. An hour later they said they was ready. They not only dropped the ball on the order they did nothing to try to fix this. I expressed how upset I was, but they just said we can start cooking them now. I would not tell anyone to use this dominos. Horrible service. Deridder LA.

The food is fine but whoever was working drive thru tonight had the WORST customer service. Short and snappy, there were 3 cars ahead of us still not paying and we were told to go back around because we needed a minute to order. Once we got to the window and paid the bag was basically tossed into my hands and the girl had a horrible attitude. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Does not accommodate for the hearing impaired… Ordered my sister dinner and because she “didn’t answer the phone” because she couldn’t hear it, the delivery driver claimed to not know what the address was and left without giving her her food… That wasn’t the issue though. When I called Domino’s to see where the delivery was they said “the driver was going back to the store & would not bring it back to her apartment… and that they would not be delivering to her address again for the remainder of the day…” If y’all were hungry and wanted free pizza JUST SAY THAT instead of stealing peoples order Domino’s… Disgusting attitude. I’d go up there and get the food for her but the way the spoke to me over the phone I’m scared they’ll do something to her food. I hate that Gilbert’s pizza & Fox’a pizza left this town

Placed an order in the store. Waited outside in our truck after about 20 mins of waiting, we went in to get it. And the girl at the counter couldn’t find the order. The short redheaded girl behind the counter cutting pizza proceeded to tell her. ,( oh we just tried to call them and tell them we don’t have chicken so we cancelled the whole order). Instead of waiting till we came to get our pizza and just refunding the chicken part or changing it to something else same price. The girl was very rude and didn’t even want to try to make it right either. We will not eat there anymore.

I order two new york Style pizza's, and they came looking like they went through a hurricane. They were so bad. There were upside down. The cheese was on the top of the box it was all a mess. I was in shock when i opened the box. I will put zero star, but I have to put a star to be able to leave a review I don't know it the driver dropped the pizza and pick up and live it at my house like that or if they made it like that it was an inconvenient for my family weating for the pizza's we order and it came looking like that how can they send pizza's like that or if the driver drop the pizza in the in the street should when back and cook another one it was horrible not acceptable the food was not free and the delivery was not free ither food appearance is very important and the taste, texture too I used to order pizzas from here before and the delivery was good, the pizzas were cooked right, and the appearance was great, and now it is just a mess to order here the service it not was it use to be.

Took a few bites, then tossed it in garbage and now going to sleep hungry. Thanks dominos. Please stop using old food, and start using proper food safety procedures. Please clean your restaurant. The food taste old. The sauce taste gross like its expired, and the dough taste like it was made on a dirty table. This is on MULTIPLE occasions. I'm tired of it. I tip well, i don't complain but enough is enough. Thank you.
