I ordered a porterhouse medium rare, but when it came out, it looked rare and was actually cold. My friends’ steaks were cold too. The service was good, but the food was terrible.

My wife and I went there today for our first time 1-21-26 and our waitress Ashley R. instead of putting the soda on the big open spot on the table decided to reach over me to put it in a small little area. The food was was good when we were done. We were never asked how our food was. We had to find our waitress, asked for boxes and the check cause she was too busy talking to other waitresses when I called to talk to the manager apparently our waitress was one of the managers. I don’t know how she got a management position. She should not be dealing with customers. She’s very rude. Will never come back to this place again. There is no way she should be a manager with her set of customer service skills that she thinks she has I was blown away. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

The food is absolutely delicious. I had the porter-house steak. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. The rolls are super yummy. The rolls were warm and soft. I look forward to my next visit.

New person “Chris” gave us the worst experience we’ve ever had. We are local so order here normally. We always get a plain burger with cheese; after getting home we see there’s no cheese. No big deal let’s just call & get it fixed. Instead of apologizing & offering to rectify the small mistake Chris decided to argue with us that we ordered our food wrong LOL. Instead of realizing, as a new person, he could have made a mistake he decided it was somehow a mistake on our part. The manager kinda had the same energy but was at least willing to fix the order. I don’t think we’ll be back here for a while.

Absolutely great experience! The most tasteful steak ive had in a long time!! Everyone was kind, helpful, and down right respectful! I cant wait to visit again. I had the western strip medium, it was so flavorful and tender! The margarita (patron on the rocks) top tier lol!! I fully recommend this place! The main corse was so enchanting I dived in before taking photos! ☆☆☆☆☆10/10☆☆☆☆☆

I had the country fried steak, loaded potato, and broccoli. Everything I had and tried was exceptional. My daughter ordered a steak, mash potatoes, and Mac & Cheese. Again, food incredibly good. My fiance ordered a steak, salad, and mash potatoes. 10/10!

I was told that I should visit the restaurant. So, while in DeRidder I stopped in for early dinner. I was greeted very pleasantly by, the waitress was very polite. I had an unusual request for my meal. Instead of a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, I asked if they could make a Chicken Philly Cheese Sandwich, she said I have never heard of it but she would ask. The restaurant was very accommodating for me and made me the perfect Chicken Philly Cheese Sandwiches. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. I plan on going back soon.
