I use to love Los Mayes never had a problem ever!! Tonight I found a hair in my food and quietly let my waitress know. This way wouldn’t disturb anyone else etc! I’m not one to complain at all makes me really uncomfortable 😣 but there was a hair in my food so I told them.
They didn’t even offer to remake my food!
My appetite was completely ruined anyways! So I go up to pay for my sons food which was fine. He had no hair in his so I was fine paying for his!

We come to Louisiana once a year and usually have a large family gathering at Los Mayas. We went last night with a party of 17 with a few children, our waitress seemed very over whelmed and was a bit rude even though she had plenty of support staff to assist her, the food was good however lots of confusion when the meals came out.
