McDonald’s service is often slow. They tend to park people to keep their timer low, which leads to long waits in the parking lot. This happens to me a lot. The food is average, and my order is often wrong.

It doesn't matter if you are the first one there, the last one there, or the only one there, you are guaranteed to have to pull up or to the side to wait on your food, and you can bet its going to be wrong still, and in this mornings case it was wrong and cold! Like why did I have to wait 20 minutes if its not even fresh???? The tortilla on my burrito was crunchy it was so cold, and the mcmuffin tasted like it was from last week.

Made a breakfast order on the app before they stopped making it but got to the drive thru afterward. Said they couldn’t make the order since it was after the time and they can’t start making it till we’re there. What’s the point in making an order beforehand to pick up then have to wait for it?!

Did a cirbeside pickup order and waited for more than 20 minutes for a happy meal for my child. Do better. Its fast food not rocket science.

Waited 15 minutes at the order speaker with no customers in the parking lot and no explanation of the long wait, then had to wait an additional 12 minutes because they didn't have any fries. The service seems to degrade with every visit.

Like most McDonald's locations, falls far short. Ghetto and they want you to use all the kiosks up front...which is fine because the workers aren't getting your order right anyways, but even with the kiosks they can't maintain their premises. Kiosks are never loaded with receipt paper so you can never get one. How hard is it for McDonald's to hire cut throat, professional, no compromises, actual managers? Then maybe all of their locations would improve. McDonald's should start pulling franchises from all these trashy owners.

Our food was fresh and hot, the service was also good, the young lady was very friendly and professional.
The restaurant was nice and clean, and the bathroom had everything that was needed. I was pleasantly surprised.

I was disappointed at the fact that I was asked to pull into one of the numbers for wait for my food to come out just to have cold fries that didn't even fill the container and a flat Sprite to top things off!

I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. They gave me a literal pinch of lettuce & somehow found a piece of tomato that’s smaller than the pickle! A whisper of mustard on the bread lol Y’all know yall wrong for this!!!
