Waited for 15 minutes to place an order and wait for 1 frappe on my way to work inside location. At least 5 customers waiting for food and walking in from wait area outside . I left with no frappe and no refund ....late for work at that point McDonald's your a fast food chain ACT LIKE IT

Ordered online for pickup. Waited 30 minutes after I ordered to go pick up and stood in line waiting to even be acknowledged for an additional 20 minutes before I got my food. Absolutely ridiculous no reason for it to take that long for the relatively small amount of food I ordered.

Mcchicken was folded in half somehow and didn’t remove the lettuce, McDouble didn’t have any sauce whatsoever and one paddy was hanging half way off and the bottom bun was also somehow folded in half, and the fries were all 1-2 inches and cold. Forgot the sauce I ordered and asked for to double check. Lady at the window couldn’t be more miserable if you begged her to. I haven’t had a worse McDonalds ever. Drove through Louisiana for my first time and needed a quick bite and can say you’re better off begging for food on the side of the road.

It isn't just this location that the following comment applies to. Drive-through is meant to be a quick service, I understand things happen and sometimes food needs to cook fresh or someone dropped the ball on prepping, but when I visit the drive through for a simple order and there are already two cars "pulled forward" waiting on food, it gets to be a bit much every time I visit. Pulling cars forward three and four at a time to clear the drive through times needs to stop, especially when the staff either forgets about your order and it sits on the counter OR the order isn't correct when it is finally brought to you. Those are my ONLY two experiences at many different locations. I have tried switching from using the drive-through to walking in for take out thinking my experience would change, I was wrong. Drive through took precedence (still pulling cars forward leading to a back up) and I wait far longer than I would have just driving up. The orders still aren't correct for take out in my experience. I gave 3 stars overall because the staff here is friendly, but they seem too stressed every time I visit.

Every time I go to this McDonald's to get oatmeal in the morning they never give me apples for it. By the time I realize I am too far away to turn around. I should not have to check my bag every single time I get it to make sure that they put what was supposed to come in there. On top of that the oatmeal has been sitting for 10 minutes and is still watery enough that I can drink it!!! SMH.
I understand that it was a busy day, being the day before Thanksgiving and all, but the food quality was lacking. Fries were overcooked, so were the beef patties on my McDouble. Plus, there were no condiments on the burger. They were well staffed at the time, but I could tell they had little pride in their work. Sad
