Ordered online for pickup. Waited 30 minutes after I ordered to go pick up and stood in line waiting to even be acknowledged for an additional 20 minutes before I got my food. Absolutely ridiculous no reason for it to take that long for the relatively small amount of food I ordered.
It isn't just this location that the following comment applies to. Drive-through is meant to be a quick service, I understand things happen and sometimes food needs to cook fresh or someone dropped the ball on prepping, but when I visit the drive through for a simple order and there are already two cars "pulled forward" waiting on food, it gets to be a bit much every time I visit. Pulling cars forward three and four at a time to clear the drive through times needs...
Every time I go to this McDonald's to get oatmeal in the morning they never give me apples for it. By the time I realize I am too far away to turn around. I should not have to check my bag every single time I get it to make sure that they put what was supposed to come in there. On top of that the oatmeal has been sitting for 10 minutes and is still watery enough that I can drink it!!! SMH.
