Every time I come here I have to yell at the speaker so they can hear me. They need to fix their equipment because it causes them to miss things about orders.

Worst place to go in town

Navigating and trying to find an open stall is terrible. The parking stalls are designed for small to medium sized vehicles. Check in on the app didn’t work.

Sonic is great because they often offer new seasonal drinks, which keeps the menu feeling fresh and exciting. Their food tastes good, but it can be pretty oily at times. Still, I enjoy going there.

Ordered ice cream and it came out in a timely manner. That is the only good thing I have to say. I accidentally hit pay with cash and informed the carhop when she came that I needed to pay with a card. She held her hand out for my card and I told her that I wasn’t sending my card inside. She told me there was no way to reset the screen to allow me to pay outside (which I know is false bc I’ve done it before). She had already handed our spoons and when we asked her to go ask the manager how to reset the screen she asked for the spoons back with an attitude. Another worker came out and said that there is no way to bring it back up on the screen and she needed our card. We told her no. She said “what’s your problem with sending your card inside?” We explained that our bank advises against that and that no one should allow someone to walk off with their card. I asked her to cancel the order and let us reorder and pay with a card and bring us the same food. She said (with a chip on her shoulder) “I’ll just get my handheld and bring it out here” and walked out. If that was an option then why did 2 different people insist on walking away with my card??? After we paid, she hands our food and my ice cream cup is busted and leaking all over. Very dissatisfied with the service at this location and I won’t be returning!

Food is usually great aswell are the drinks but later through the night around 6pm to closing they wont get your order right.
