Doesn’t make the teriyaki chicken correctly. Puts straight sweet onion sauce on it. And tries to convince you it’s the same. Horrible experience. The girl just argues with you instead of listening to what you’re saying

My family and I came in an hour before closing to get 4 foot long sandwiches. There were two employees on at the time, Tristan was making our sandwiches when he apologizes for taking so long that he has only been working here for 10 days. Shannon stayed in the back closing while Tristan was overwhelmed with our order and an online order coming through, Shannon finally comes out to help and is immediately gets rude with Tristan and starts working on our order. Shannon even says “I have 10+ years experience in restaurants” but left the new employee by himself to work on closing when anyone who is worked in the food industry knows it’s much faster to help get the customers out so both employees can work on closing, it should also be common sense to help out your coworkers if they are struggling, working in a restaurant for two months should teach you that. Do better Shannon, you made this experience truly terrible!

Ordered 2 foot longs online at 940am to be ready at 11am, got alert it was ready at 1045am. When I walked in to get food they hadn't even started on our order. Waited 45 minutes for said ready order to just get started being made at 1130am, then the bread was wrong on both and so were some of the vegetables. I wouldn't recommend online ordering or going in store to this location at Park Terrace.

The workers here are doing their best but are overwhelmed. To many customers and not enough workers. And I ordered online... been 45 mins now and still no food. They have my order but it keeps getting pushed behind every person that walks in the door to place an order. Was even marked as ready in the app when it hadn't even been started. The 1 star is mostly due to how the company is treating this location.

I have ALOT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! 1. They close before store hours. 2. They still allow you to make online orders even after they’ve closed early when they weren’t supposed to. 3. After you pay for said food. They don’t give you a refund unless you go up to the store the next day and physically ask for one. 4. You shouldn’t close the store before the posted hours and you could’ve avoided this. 5. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!

Well, it seems that I'm not the only one to say ZERO STARS. I went in in a lark as I was in the shopping center. I entered and two were ahead of me, and as I waited for someone to take my order, a group of younger individuals walked in and suddenly I didn't exist. I stood there as the employeed asked me to stand back so he could take their order. When I stated that I was next in line, he said he'd get to me after the group. I told him not to bother and walked out. Not one useless employee attempted to rectify their problem. No wonder this place has a bad reputation in DeRidder, I'll certainly never set foot inside again.
