Me and my mom went here not long ago and I loved it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was like being at home, and the staff were a delight. So if you are even traveling through DeRidder I suggest you give this place a try. We had a great time and enjoyed ourself on our mother daughter day. The onions rings were our favorite but everything was great.

Had a late breakfast here for the first time. It was very good and cooked as I ordered. They were busy but only had 2 waitresses for everything so don't get in a hurry. More staff would get them a 5 star rating as then I could get my coffee refilled and the waitresses wouldn't be running constantly.

Server greeted me while she kept going for buckets of ice. Could have done that later. Food came out cold, no silverware or syrup with pancakes. Server was more interested in setting up table and then getting orders for a large group that walked in long after i ordered. Funny thing is i had a pocket full of cash....o well missed an easy 20 bucks. I wont be back.
