Management was rude to the employee at the register who was taking our order. The on the spot correction in front of customers was uncalled for. We waited over twenty minutes for a small order and when it did come out the fries were soggy.

My order was NOT what it said. I googled what came on the burger then had to go back and asked them what was on the burger. They named it all and I told them half of that was not on my burger. They made a new one but still was missing tomatoes and bacon. I wasn't going back a 3rd time. I live here and pass it every day on my way to work but this was only my 2nd time here and each time I've had a problem . Staff was nice though

Took over 10 minutes of waiting for three of the Krabby Patty meals which is no problem. The problems are; the fry’s were cold when first getting them, the pineapple flavoring was thrown on the bottom and not mixed in with the frosties, and all three sandwiches were missing the tomatoes and onions, when calling the restaurant about this; the employee immediately got rude with me and told me “we are all out of tomatoes and onions” and when I said “that would’ve been nice to know when I put my order in, because I would have canceled my order and came back another day” and the employee started yelling at me that “they are letting everyone know” and hangs up in my face. Do better Wendy’s, we all know Burger King should’ve gotten this promotion and the food would actually be good.

I worked here for less than a day. Employees are not allowed to have any breaks, including meal breaks - which I was not aware of when I was scheduled for 10 hour shifts. They didn’t even try to be accommodating for my disability. The store manager has her 2 children work there illegally, since they are too young to be hired and paid; They are that short staffed. This place has bad vibes and I would not recommend working or coming here. The staff does not want to be there nor make your order, so save them the effort and go somewhere else.
