I had the Patty Melt. The bread was fresh. I had the sour dough, and the meat patties were hot. It was so very delicious! I have also had the hamburger with jalapeños and it was delicious also! I love this place!
Customers don't care about who is clocked in or out. Employees that I ran into are not customer focused. I could see the current staff pushing customers to other locations. The customer is king they pay your rent salary and bills. Treat customer like a king and they will keep coming back. Make the atmosphere all about employees customers will stop coming.

My fiancé and I was traveling from Slidell to Leesville and decided to stop at the whataburger in DeRidder Louisiana. After traveling 41/2 hours, when taking my order. I order a double whataburger sandwich and a crispy chicken burger and large order of onion rings When I get to the window they for didn’t get the double whataburger it’s was 12:00 in the early morning. Not much business very quiet in the town. When we finally gave us our burgers and onion rings the double burger was burnt and very greasy. My fiancé was not happy I asked him several times and each time he said it was burnt and greasy. He got sick as a result of the grease. Word of precautions check your burger before leaving whataburgrer

This is NOT fast food. I’ve been in line 20 minutes at the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. There are still 2 ahead of me. I’m about to take a nap. I could have gone anywhere else, orderly meal, sat and ate it, and already been home. There is no excuse for it and it is the norm here. I won’t be coming back.
My burger was great. Friend got a jr the l burger and it was almost entirely bread.

I placed an order I have made dozens of times at Whataburger throughout Texas and New Mexico. The order has never broken $9.89. Here is was $15.00. They charge $4.00 for an extra patty here. You can get an entire meal at McDonalds across the street for $1.00 more. This was ONE burger by the way. Not a meal. A bacon double cheeseburger cost $15.00.

Ordered a burger without onions got burger and it has extra onions. Ordered another burger and it had half a jar of mustard . My mouth burns from all the mustard . Very disappointed in whataburger .

We had burgers. I had the Carmel Latte shake and it was great. She had the Bacon cheese burger. Prices have steady gone up so about $12 per meal. The guy taking orders was out there in the fringe probably new. He had to keep checking with someone else on everything. Had to smile when he went back and brought out my shake beaming like he got his first puppy. Fun times in fast food.
The young man who took my order was so kind and patient, he was something you don't see everyday.
The food was excellent as well.
