Bloody Mary stop on Hwy 90 heading from Lafayette to New Orleans!
I suppose because a place is on Google one could say they are world famous. I was with a group and didn’t actually expect anything spectacular so it lived up to that.First of all I hate bloody Mary’s, so to be fair I wouldn’t know a good Bloody Mary if I had one. Make it a Caesar and now you got a drink.Secondly, this place is a dive bar off the side of the road. Sometimes that can be a good thing. Not this time.But I guess everyone needs to be known for something. So 3 stars for attempting to own the Bloody Mary.

Best Bloody Mary's you can find. The had part is coming back from New Orleans to Morgan City, stopping to pick one up, but having to wait to get home to drink responsibly.....

I was told this place is known for the best Bloody Marys so on our drive to Nola we had to stop. It was empty but the one person sitting at the bar and the bartender were both very kind and fun to chat with. My bloody Mary was delicious and I can see why they have been honored with such a great title of "worlds best" Its a simple and classic drink that's not overcomplicated with a million topers.
