Restaurant was dirty inside and out...food was pretty good
Very bad place
I went on a Saturday like 2 or 3 pm
The place was alone, the guy who works there very rude. The place very hot and expensive.
The food was normal I ordered a sandwich of brisket.
I dont recommend to go there
Don’t even bother. Go to McDonald’s across the street and thank me later.

food was nasty meat was overcooked. Not sure if the owner was there working today but when we walked in no greeting considering they looked like they needed customers. Very rude and not friendly when i ordered he looked and acted irritated.
Had great service from Jailand and Christine at the Destrehan location! The pulled pork sandwiches were great! Thanks!
Been there 5 times and disappointed every time. Fries and wings were not fully cooked . Ribs were like beef jerky. I’m done

The barbecue was outstanding in the staff was amazing. Shane served us our food. And helped us along the way and give us directions for sightseeing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone dickies barbecue pit is a must stop restaurant for people looking for great food.

This location has the worst customer service. I sat at the drive thru window for over 15 minutes with no one even taking my order so I left. Last time I went for a baked potato and they were out of brisket and baked potatoes. Overall terrible experience so far.

I have only good experiences with this dickies. I love the ribs and the pulled pork!! They cook/smoke the meats right there fresh . I tell everyone to give them a try. I do recommend it and if your first experience is not great don’t give up on them just try again. It even smells great when you walk in the door!!! GO TRY IT!!!
