If i could give a worde rating i would, placed an order over half an hour before closing for delivery, they not only didnt pick up the phone but also canceled my order 46 minutes after i placed it

The pizza is good, the people is kind. The thing that I dont like you have to wait in the queue it doesn't matter if you buy your pizza by the app, and a lot of insects when they give you the pizza

I've been waiting over an hour and a half because when you call you have to talk to someone in a different country, I don't understand why this is but it needs to be fixed ASAP and let us call the store with people who understand English, I am so tired of dealing with this everytime I want to order pizza, change your program Domino's and other pizza companies please 🙏 for the American people

Service was so terrible, I went in at 4 and didn’t leave until 50 minutes after. The order wasn’t even in the system and they tried to charge me again. Worst fast food experience ever. I do not recommend this place. I was in the lobby the whole too. SMH đŸ€ŠđŸŸâ€â™‚ïž

First time trying pizza in the US and expectations didn't meet reality. We ordered twenty 14" and none of them are as good as pizza from our country. Such a shame.

50/50 chance your order will be correct and food will taste good. Expect 30-45 minutes on carryout. Even if it’s one pizza. Employees have a hard time keeping track of orders. Received my jalapeños like it was a drug deal and one of my pizzas appears to have been juggled. I keep telling myself to stop buying dominos and order Pizza Hut. This was their last chance.

In addition to this, almost 30 minutes after the delivery, I am trying to “report an issue” on the app and “You'll be able to report an issue shortly after your delivery leaves your Domino's store. Click the link below to track your order.” Great. So you can’t even report that the store is not operating as it should.

The Ormond Blvd store in Destrehan is very fast. Food is almost always accurate and they are always friendly and helpful. It's clean and I love the drive up window. We are on a tight budget so we appreciate the points for food perks but we don't order as often as I would like. If I could get my entree and my salad for $10 I'd be thrilled to order more than once a week. Like a small pizza, 6in sub, or a goulash pasta, w/salad for $10. But dominos has a budget and fiscal responsibilities as well.

Vegetarian options: Anything w/o meat. Salad, deserts for the not stick vegetarians if there's animal product ingredients in the mix

Dietary restrictions: Being gluten free is not just something people try or do for non important digestive or immune related health issues. It is also allergies other than Celiacs disease. For some the gluten is inflammatory and related to ability to process nutritional qualities of food. It doesn't agree with me I try to avoid it or eat it in moderation. Why is the gluten free so much more expensive? It's ridiculous. Coconut flour, almond flour, etc... should not be that much more expensive for a large chain even with soaked chai sorghum and a few others in the mix, it doesn't cost so much more in when I buy groceries that it is cost prohibitive. Try another supplier willing to balance the cost and provide more than frozen crust that needs to be baked properly. And ewe on you and yours, seriously, the gluten free items have come a long way. Maybe have some features like pasta at locations where it sells best or could. Maybe a culinary school contest. There's every kind of food imaginable made gluten free. You might surprise yourselves, make some room! Gluten isn't just an in thing.
