Honeydoux Cafe+ Bakery

We've been customers at Honeydoux for years. Every member of our family loves it! It's a great place to get tasty coffees, pastries, and breakfast & lunch items in a cozy, welcoming environment.
We also recently ordered a custom, three-tiered cake for a 50th anniversary party, and Katie knocked it out of the park! It was absolutely gorgeous. She was very easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care about making the vision come to life. We had the cake delivered to the event location, and Katie graciously offered to add our fresh flowers to the cake. We had a picture from the original cake 50 years ago, and she did an awesome job recreating it!! On top of all that, the cake was DELICIOUS. (And I'm quite picky about cake!) Thank you so much for helping make our event a night to remember!

Cute little cafe/coffee shop in Ochsners Plantation View complex on River rd by I 310, library and in close proximity to Destrehan and Ormond Plantations. I've purchased coffee, cold and hot as well as Banana nut muffin on one occasion and just yesterday, the most decadent almond flavored cupcake with the (purple) whipped? Icing. It was th but cupcake I've had in quite some time. The muffin was very dense and fresh. You will not be disappointed should you choose to stop here! Thry also sell other lunch typecitems as well. Highly recommend his cafe. It's a hidden gem for sure. It is hidden though as it sits in h back of the Plaza. Same side as the pharmacy for reference!

Everytime my mom has an appt in this building we stop here. The coffee, snacks, ambiance, and customer service has been nothing short of amazing. I wish this cafe was closer to my house! Or not—I would be here everyday then ?

I’ll start by saying that my previous trips to Honey Doux cafe have been good. I went today at ‘lunch’ time and couldn’t get a BLT with egg on it (breakfast BLT). I know it was after ‘breakfast’ time but is it impossible to add an egg to a BLT at any time ?

Win Lose or Draw. U never know what u will get coming here. I liked coming here because it was in the same building as my doctors but I stopped because they weren't very welcoming when I walk in. I decided after some time to give em another shot csuse they are the only place with coffee and muffins on my way to work. Went in had a great experience the guy who took my order was super nice spoke when I came in made my caramel macchiato with no problem. Went a couple week later a girl was in there didn't speak said she didn't know how to make caramel Moschiato ? I asked for a decaffeinated caramel cappuccino she looked confused but made it. I like the food and ambience but the service is hit or miss. I probably won't be back. I'll make my own muffins and coffee before I leave home. Its cheaper and emotionally stable lol I know what attitude I'll be dealing with lol.

I was in the area temping at a dental office and someone referred this place to eat. Let me just say - they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and it was freshly made and very filling. The atmosphere was intimate and the cashier was really nice. I will make this my go to place EACH and EVERYTIME I'm in this area. Also , it's feasible to eat here daily;)
