I visit Honeydoux pretty often for breakfast and usually enjoy it, which is why this experience was so disappointing. One morning I ordered a honey biscuit, when I opened it, the biscuit was extremely hard and the chicken was cold.

I called immediately and asked to speak with the owner. I explained that I had just left and described the issue. While she did apologize, the only explanation given was that it probably sat for a while, which is why the chicken was cold and the biscuit was hard. I was never offered a remake, a reheat, or a refund.

My coworkers and I order from Honeydoux frequently, so this was very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but good customer service is about how issues are handled and unfortunately, this fell short. Money wasted.

Super cool little spot. Breakfast sandwiches are terrific, staff is super friendly, very clean dining area and bathrooms. Will definitely add this place to my stops.

1st timer here & love this place already! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. The space is quaint & clean. Great suggestions by the lovely young lady at the front counter: Chicken Salad on Crossaint, Tomato-Basil soup, & Strawberry Smoothie...ALL DELICIOUS!😋👏🏾🌷🫶🏽

What an amazing find! This is the best breakfast sandwich on a biscuit we’ve ever had in our lives! The coffee is always delicious and the baked items are unbelievable! We no longer live in the area but anytime we visit we go to this café every day! The staff is so sweet and the rotating bakery goods are always a delightful surprise!

This place has the one of the most delicious breakfast croissant sandwiches I've ever eaten. Trust me, you need to try it!
Edit: Had to lower this rating a bit only because my wife hasn't been able to order her coffee the last three times we've been there, due to being out of almond milk! Like, how does that happen? I was told it's because it's very popular. Well, if you know it's that popular, maybe order more of it so you don't run out! That sandwich is still awesome though!

What a lovely little hole in the wall! I hardly noticed it was there but Im so glad I did. Their almond cupcake,BLT breakfast sandwhich(-the T lol), and an Earl Grey London fog truly set the mood to my morning. The cupcake was soft and sweet without being overly so. The sandwich is to DIE for. Crispy yet soft whole wheat bread with a light, fluffy egg paired with a crispy bacon and a few crisp peices of lettuce. The workers are absolute darlings and dont rush you. The whole vibe is soothing and inviting. 10/10 recommend and will be eating there again!

Delicious lunches and desserts

I went there this morning at 7:30 am. I ordered the croissant and it was amazing. The new lady who just started working said “Good morning how are you”.She was having a bit of trouble but other workers helped her. The breakfast sandwich was the best. I would definitely come here again.

THE MOST INCREDIBLE BAKERY AND LUNCH SPOT! Everything is top notch, including the service! Katie is wonderful and so welcoming! I order my gender reveal cake from here and it was superb! Not to mention, their cupcakes AND apple turnovers!! Also, BEST. CLUB. SANDWICH. EVER! Forever my go to spot for lunch and parties!

Nice little find, clearly popular with the locals as it was busy. The food was tasty. I would suggest a larger plate to serve the honey chicken on. It was very hard to eat on the saucer it was served and my food spilt over the table. Price was quite high for what we had, but it was good quality.
