Ignorant disrespectful employees and managers. If I tell you something is wrong on an my order I PAID for, you fix it don’t just say “that’s not what the order said” when my order clearly said it. Do they lack the basic ability to read? Then when I call the manager to complain they have an attitude. Like this is why most people who work at jobs like this will never advance in life. If you don’t like being in a job that requires customer service, GO GET A DIFFERENT JOB. Sad because this was my favorite McDonald’s but never again because I was literally about to lose it and unlike some of them I have things to look forward to in life so nope I’m not doing it.

These people are a different type of worthless. Got 2 happy meals ( they didn't put sauce,straws or apple slices. Then we had to wait for 15mins for tenders. By the time those came out the fries and fish filet were ice cold. When I noticed the happy meals didn't have the bbq sauce for the kids happy meals I walked in and before I could even ask the angry dwarf that was managing said your tenders are still cooking then walked away. I didn't even get to als for the bbq so when she came back in I tried to ask for the bbq sauce for the happy meals she gave me an attitude. Walked out gave the kids their sauce and they asked about the apple slices so I had to go back in and ask for them again got an attitude like it's my fault they forgot to let what I ordered in the bag. Then the to top it all off when we finally got the rest of the food it was ice cold.

Love McDonalds? This one will change that. I cannot stand getting food from here. I only do because it’s what my kids want from time to time. And unfortunately about 8 times out of 10 something is wrong with the order - wrong food, missing items, food made incorrectly… And most recently, they couldn’t find the order I had just placed in the drive thru because whoever was in the kitchen just didn’t make it and didn’t let anyone know. I hope new management can take over and either reorient the staff or hire new ones and train them as to how to interact with guests and pay attention to the work they’re supposed to be doing.

They absolutely refuse to get your order correct! You have to pull over and wait & wait then go inside because they will totally forget to bring your order out. They forgot to add one drink & got the other drink

No one can speak English only two American workers that does speak English and refuses to take any orders upfront or get the order is ready to give up to the front. This McDonald’s is only worried about their drive time and their drive-through disrespectful do not care about their customers. Unfortunately, my customer will not get her food today because I canceled her order. I couldn’t wait no longer
