The food was hot and great but the manager was very unprofessional, yelling at her workers in front of guest through the window and on speaker . It’s embarrassing to witness, but food was hot and line moved pretty fast during lunch.

My biggest issue is lack of menu options. In other places I can order a 6 piece nugget meal. I cannot at this location, meaning it costs substantially more to feed me here than at other locations. And considering it is the only location in this side of the parish, it leaves all convince out the window. Their app doesn't work if you order to pick up in stores, so don't bother. Just order inside. And despite the order on the app taking your money, the managers could care less about your loss and tell you to call corporate and they can't help you, which is false. They play on their phones while packing food, giving no care to the sanitized part of food prep. They print tickets sometimes 20 minutes before the food comes out, so you end up stuck waiting despite the screen saying your order has been ready. All in all terrible experience.

From when I place my order in the drive thru to when I pull up to pay, you would think would be a pretty coordinated process. Add the windows where you pick up the food then get told to pull up and they'll bring it out. You would think the number of people involved, someone would know what I ordered. Not the case. Third time was a charm, but the first 2 times were incorrect. The girl who brought out the food was nice though.
Ignorant disrespectful employees and managers. If I tell you something is wrong on an my order I PAID for, you fix it don’t just say “that’s not what the order said” when my order clearly said it. Do they lack the basic ability to read? Then when I call the manager to complain they have an attitude. Like this is why most people who work at jobs like this will never advance in life. If you don’t like being in a job that requires customer service, GO GET A DIFFERENT JOB. Sad because this was my favorite McDonald’s but never again because I was literally about to lose it and unlike some of them I have things to look forward to in life so nope I’m not doing it.
