I used to come here a lot, like maybe 2-3x a week, but I stopped going so often recently because of the young workers. The young man seemed quite aggravated with me when I ordered Viet egg rolls one night, telling me, "Here," and walking away to go back to playing on his phone. It was rude and made me feel guilty for bothering them, so I've decided to no longer go back for right now. It sucks because I liked that I didn't have to go to Kenner or Metairie for boba or pho, but I'm going to have to waste my gas again. I would like to support the business again one day, but I'm going to stay away for a while and see if the service changes. I understand that we're human and we all have bad days, so that's why I'm not completely giving up on it!

This is a small a hidden gem in St Charles Parish ...The Pho is perfect !The prices are reasonable and service is always prompt.

I love the strawberry tea with strawberry popping it’s so refreshing and of course my 6 year old son loves the cotton candy ice cream!!Kid-friendliness: The workers are always so sweet and kind!

My wife and I enjoyed lunch! The staff was friendly and patient since it was our first visit. She had tofu Banh MI, and I had chicken. The food was delicious, and the drinks were flavorful. This will be a regular place we dine.

Place looked really good, heard really nice things, and my boyfriend like the boba tea. But, today we went for the Korean CornDog, looked and smelled amazing but it didn’t taste good at all. The two corndogs we got were the potato with mozzarella and the original with mozzarella, and unfortunately they tasted like dirty/old grease. I wanted to ask when the grease was changed, but I didnt want to seem like a “Karen,” but the store smelled like old grease as well.I’d suggest changing your oil/grease that you fry food in because its really bad, not trying to be rude but i worked in food service for a long time and its a great suggestion.

Nola Boba & Banh Mi has hands down some of the best desserts in town, and the Banh Mi is amazing!!! The owner Mrs. Nguyen is so sweet and always makes sure to take care of her customers and treat them as family! Come to Nola Boba & Banh Mi if you’re looking for great service and even better food and drinks! ?

I'm not from this area so I was so excited to check them out. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I went with the lunch combo bánh mì & mango jasmine tea. There was a limited choice of drinks to choose from for the lunch special. I also added on a corndog to try because they're absolutely my favorite. When I received my drink I was dissatisfied with how my drink had mostly ice & very little tea. On the menu the mango tea was pictured with jelly topping but all I got was big cubes of mango that didn't even fit through the straw. The tea tasted like plain jasmine sweet tea, I didn't even taste mango. One of the workers was nice enough to add jelly to my drink. Which is why I gave this place a 3 star rating simply for the customer service. When I received my corndog it didn't have sugar like I requested. They had to go back & add sugar. Usually I'm not one to complain about these things but there were no customers in there the entire time I was there. The corndog was made with a thin skewer which was pretty flimsy. My mom liked their bánh mì I would recommend that but nothing else sadly. I really wanted to like this place.

Had this place on my list to try for awhile. Got to go today. Service was very good, our drinks were great, and the beef pho hit the spot perfectly! Super happy with this place cuz I was just wishing the other day that there was a boba and pho place closer to where I live. Now I don't have to go to the far end of Metairie anymore. This is my new spot!
