I love all their food but it has come to me they have been a little lazy with the chicken wings. They changed it to the grey container which I’m not a big fan of and they barely add sauce to my chicken. It was honestly better with the black container.

I ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas - both with sweet marinara sauce, one of the pizzas to have double mushrooms. When eating the pizzas, I noticed that both did not have any sauce on them. Without sauce, the pizzas were very dry - like eating cardboard. The boxes probably would have tasted better. The pizza that was to have double mushrooms only had the regular amount of mushrooms. These were the worst pizzas I have ever had. Next time I order pizzas, I will seriously consider going across the street and order from Dominos.

I ordered last week and it took forever, so I canceled. Was told they're under new ownership, which fired their in-house drivers, so now they go through Doordash. But lots of dashers don't hang around that area ready to accept orders since it's out the way from Metairie and the city where the action is. If you're not taking out, I'd forget it.
Also they're actually saying I have to call Doordash to get the tip part of my refund back, even though I paid 100% through Pizza Hut!!! Blaming it on their "system", what a racket!!!

2 of the 3 last orders were severely undercooked. The store doesn’t pick up the phone.
It’s really gone downhill with the toppings. Extremely sparse and now double the price. Also not a very nice “call center” handles the orders and are difficult to understand. More corporate greed hiring people from other countries so they don’t have to pay them as much and profit EVEN MORE. It’s very sad that literally everything has gone down hill….. won’t be getting again any time soon

For being a national chain, you really can't beat Pizza Hut. Their pizza crust is so delicious. The meat lovers pizza is the best in my opinion.
Please give fresh food and the correct quantity! I ordered boneless wings and the wings were “sour” as in old! I ordered cinnamon rolls which comes in a quantity of 10 and I got 9 hard cinnamon rolls! I was highly disappointed!
