Great customer service!

Owner is overcharging. It may seem like a minute amount of money on each purchase, but in the long term, it adds up to a lot of money. Here in St. Charles the sales tax, including State Sales Tax is 9.45 %. Destrehan Smoothie King is charging 18% in taxes. I have personally notified the owners several months back about the issue, which has not been resolved. Customer's are paying 8% more. See photo.

This place is trash. I absolutely hate spending my money here. The staff is trash and lack any good customer service skills. They will lie about orders not coming in and do not make online orders ahead of time consistently. I am determined to never spend another cent at this Smoothie King location and I encourage other people to do the same.

I really have to say the customer service here was phenomenal. The worker here helped me so much. I was so undecided. She helped me chose a really Felicia smoothie. I will definitely be returning to smoothie king.

If I could give less than one star I would. On September 9 around 2:30, I went to Smoothie King in Destrehan. I was very insulted when the young girl working the register told me, “I wish people would stop coming in so I could get off work”. Really! Do you realize that you have a job because of customers!!!When she did me a favor by taking my order, she looked at me and said, “I can’t check you out. The employee who came in signed into the register to work, but went shopping at the Dollar Stire next door”. The employee taking my order was locked out of the register. So, you come to work, clock in, and go shopping!!I asked her what do we do now? I’m not waiting around for the other employee to finish shopping. I was getting ready to leave when someone else came from the back and did something in the register so she could check me out.Since customers are an “inconvenience “ for them, I absolutely will not return to this store. I will go to another Smoothie King location where my presence and money are appreciated.

This Destrehan Smoothie King location is the absolute worst. One of the workers actually told my mother recently when she went there at the register “I wish people would stop coming in so I can get off.” How insulting?! You wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for those customers! I’ve also gone there several times and the service is not great at all. I’ll go out my way to go the Laplace location or Kenner location from now on.

Everytime I come here I get a watery smoothie and I tell them everytime not to blend it down. Waste of money

Absolutely the worst....had to wait 30 minutes for smoothie that I ordered online. People were actually ordering and getting there smoothie faster when coming in.

Usually when I come here the workers are very nice. But today I came in one girl was saying how she should have locked the doors before customers came in. When it was my turn to order I ordered a vanilla hulk and when I said no bananas she laughed and made a face at me. It Made me very uncomfortable. Then she proceeded to take a phone call while she was taking my order

Obviously the owner doesn’t even care enough to fix the problems at this store out of cups and the cups they do have no lids And this is all the time. How hard is it to stock the simple stuff. Like cups and lids. Lol
