Tipped 6 on a 19$ takeout order. Didn’t say thanks or smile or anything. Just turned immediately to continue talking to coworkers. Then when food came out I asked for ketchup which I got an eye roll for which is weird because half my food is fries. I’ll still eat here as it’s usually great and the food and atmosphere is too. Just need a bit of FOH training on how not to be so indifferent.

The pub had good food but the prices are ridiculous, we had two salads, one coke and a water, not even bottled water, and our bill was $42 dollars. The staff is kind of unfriendly, and you would think for the amount of money we paid we could get waited on, but guess what, self serve.
