Went inside to order a sandwich using a brand new valid coupon. The guy working behind The counter said he does not accept coupons. Don't go here if you are trying to use coupons. DESTREHAN LOUISANA

I just placed my order through the app, 2 footings for 12.99 (the special) and my order was cancelled with 2 minutes, I called the store and they refused to make my sandwiches because they were 2 for 12.99 and they did not want to make them. See they have picks and chooses on who they give special deal to and when! But I placed and paid for my order! The store did not close for another 30 minutes! They’ve done this before! I refuse to Support Destrehan anymore !

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, we encountered a rather rude experience with one of the staff members.
During our last visit on Saturday, we arrived at 6:20 PM, only to be informed that we couldn’t eat inside because the restaurant closed in 10 minutes. However, the door sign indicates that they close at 7 PM on Saturdays. Additionally, I was rushed while placing my order, trying to get me out of there which was quite frustrating.
