Ordered food from this location and it showed that it closed at 3pm. I ordered food around 1:30 and the delivery was cancelled. Decided to go pick it up around 2pm and the store was closed even though it was advertised that it didn't close until 3pm.

Horrible - am writing to let you know how disappointed I am with the service provided. I went in there to purchase a chicken sandwich , and as I was selecting my choices . The manager loudly said that I was on my phone. I kept trying to explain to explain that I have an accent , but she canceled my order stating that I moved my head" and I did as a disappointment of how she was treating me so she said was canceling my order, qnd literraly took the foos from me. I felt disrespected mistreated and discriminated. I will not return to this place !

Lunch at this location. The employees were nice and helpful. Like all subways they don’t put much meat on the bread. The location appears to be clean. I would return to this location.

By far the best subway I've been too. I know what your thinking, how? They all serve the same food!? BUT, this particular location has the sweetest and most caring workers! They are always smiling and greet everyone when you walk in! I come here for lunch 2-3 times a week and they are always ready to make my sandwich! They don't short you topping either! Every subway should be like this one!!

Guess what? This is a Subway. Unless you have been living under a rock, you know what they sell. Difficult parking? Yep Standard Subway food? You betcha Located on world famous Ormond Blvd., this Subway is located in a strip mall. That doesn't really seem too odd since most are located in strip malls. This particular strip mall location seemed very busy when I stopped in for lunch one weekend and that made parking very difficult. The food was standard Subway fare and the service was acceptable. If you find yourself in need of Subway in Destrehan, I would imagine you will end up here. Could I say more? probably so. Will I? Probably not. OK, I lied. This doesn't really have anything to do with Subway, but it is a personal story, so I am going to write it. I often find myself eating in my car at work. It sucks, but I enjoy the brief moment of solitude. I usually find a secluded spot and enjoy my food without being bothered. There is no such place anywhere around this Subway. I tried three different spots. At each one I would take a bite and boom, fifty bajillion randos would come driving up. Can't a dude eat in peace!!!! So if anyone knows a good spot to eat in your car in the Destrehan/St.Rose area, holla at ya boy.

The owners and workers at this location are very courteous and friendly. Food was delicious. Better than the McDonalds and Burger King down the road by far!
Oh my gosh this has to be the friendliest Subway I've ever been to! Seriously best staff that I can't rave enough about. The food is what you can expect from every Subway around the country. The inside is clean and there's a large chip variety that some Subways are lacking. I just wanted to let everyone know that the service here is A1 every time!
