Usually my wife and I come here when we're having bad mental health days after work (around 10:30 pm). We order online in the parking lot since she has severe anxiety for ordering AT the speaker and pick up our order through the drive thru. February 11, 2023, we had a terrible day and wanted to decompress. We ordered (21.00) and went into the drive thru to pick up. We were at the window for pick up for 30 MINUTES. This Taco ? Bell ? Location is OK ?? ??. It can use some improvement on how they serve People’s/Customer’s food out. I prefer and want Fresh, Hot, and Soft Tacos inside and out. The Taco ? Shells, which I ordered Chulupas were very hard, and my Meat was cold as well. This Taco Bell can use some improvement with this and Being more Curteous and Polite to Customers. But, overall this location is ok, they just need improvement with serving Fresh, hot Tacos ?.
