Of all the locations I have been to, this one is by far the best. Not only is the food quality amazing, the service is definitely top notch! I drive 5 miles out of my way just so I’m able to get Miss Candy’s AMAZING customer service! Even though there’s a location 2 minutes from my house. I’m picky about my food as is my bf and there is NOTHING Ms Candy won’t do to make sure we keep coming back to her! Not once have I ever felt like a bother. She deserves a big raise and even a paid vacation lol! Ms Candy, you are the definition of southern hospitality and the face of Customer Service. I’m one of MANY that appreciate you and your genuine kindness!

Your brisket is awesome but I'd like to say, in the nicest way possible, the older fellow who slices it needs some training. The slices look like wedges bruh, you need a uniform slice about 1/4 " thick. It's not as tasty and the texture isn't right when you don't.

First time grabbing a lunch to go from here. Got the chopped brisket sandwich and fries. Meat was great, smoke flavor and tender. Plenty on the sandwich. Fries were seasoned well. Staff were nice. Will come here again.
Grab-N-Geaux at the corner of Bonin and La Nuevelle WAS a good place to get breakfast and food. Lately they haven't been cooking the bacon and this morning I got eggshells in my sandwich. The disappointment in eating and then an eggshell stabbing in your pallet....it's saddening a new establishment is being ran this way.

The rating is for the smoked brisket. I haven't had anything else there but I'll say this, they will carve you out a chonk of any size off their full sized brisket and send you off with it. It was flippin delicious. About to be a weekend tradition.
