Billy’s is great, love the crawfish boudin balls and the Cajun cracklins are the best but it’s all good those were just my favorite!
Yall go order some stuffed boudin chicken breast! Ordering pork chops next!!!

Billy's Boudin & Cracklins is a great place with both ready to eat foods and Cajun ingredients for cooking. There are lots of great meat items. The smoked boudin links and boudin balls with the pepperjack cheese in the middle are awesome. The boudin balls are the bomb. A favorite was the Red Beans & Rice Ball. Customers really liked the shrimp and crawfish rolls, the jambalaya boudin ball pepper jack balls, and the crawfish pistolette rolls. The fried corn took one customer by surprise. The staff is friendly and helpful with outsiders and first time customers. The location offers easy access to/from I-10 east or west bound. They offer frozen meats, spices, jellies, crackling, and boudin balls. A warning: this place does fill up quickly. It is worth its weight in boudin links.
