All I can say is OMG!!!! I should've known the food would be amazing when the line was almost out the door!! The wait was definitely worth it! Boudin and crawfish balls did not disappoint. I wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in. Lots of refrigerated meats, boudin and sausage alongside other meats. Clean and quick service.
Me and and my husband came from port Arthur tx to come get your season crackling and we had your crawfish boudain balls and we bought the frozen boudain regular/crawfish and jalapeño sausages and when I tell you everything was delicious we will be back we loved it

These boudin's are the best I have tasted. Initially, the boudin balls looked harder than they were. Let me tell you, they are soft. My fav is the chicken & pepper jack, deliriously good. I also picked up some smoked links.I cheated myself by not ordering more boudin balls to go.
