Wow, they have the meats. First time for the chicken cracklins, great recommendation. I'm gonna stop on the way back to Texas to get some frozen ones. They aint cheap tho, little less than $20 a lb.
Very clean and nice place. If you are passing through, make sure to bring an ice chest so you can take some of their frozen goodies home to enjoy! The gumbo was absolutely delicious, my only regret was not getting more containers! Their boudin is delicious! We got these seafood boudin balls with jalapeño jack cheese and boy did they not disappoint! My husband prefers the seafood boudin but I prefer the good ole pork boudin.
