This establishment came highly recommended by a good friend and now I have to do the same. The wife and I both ordered the two meat plates with sides of potato salad, rice dressing , and the cowboy beans. The portions were large and the BBQ was grilled to perfection. “This place!!!! I have a true love and appreciation for great food and this spot is my absolute favorite!! I spent 3 days in Marksville LA on a work trip and had to try so many dishes at this place and each one just kept getting more delicious.
The Krab nachos, the pub tots, the truffle fries, the spinach dip, and the best burger I have ever had in my life (Brown Bag Burger) and the absolute best chicken dish I have EVER had (Potato crusted Chicken with sweet potato mash). The people are so kind and the service is fantastic. I will always be stopping by this place when I am in town again. Absolutely incredible!!!”

“Great service but non coffee items way overpriced. One cookie is $2.75!!! Fruit salad -- diced fruit with a garnished piece of cheap lettuce is almost $10. ??? I can get these items at the grocery for way cheaper and eat in the room. Paragon enjoys making people pay a premium for nothing. IDK about the coffee because I don't drink the stuff.”

“This will always be one of my favorite fast food places in town. They always have someone in the front to greet us and ask us how are doing, our food is always fresh and piping hot. Everyone is kind. The service is fast. I witnessed today an employee come from the back and offer someone who had been sitting unattended with no meal for a while a burrito and a drink, that shows the hospitality of our small town . It is the simple things that make up humanity.”

“We go there at least once a week. Every time we are there we normally go through drive thru . The line , if long, works very well. All employees that have ever gave us food through the window or took my payment, has always been cheerful and helpful. The burgers are AMAZING. Definitely give this 5 and a half stars.”
