Great ice cream and great customer service from the two young women working. They helped me choose the ice cream I wanted and made it basically from scratch. Quick and simple experience.

The ice cream is really delicious.
The service is also great, as they also let you try a flavor, if you want to know what it tastes like.
My fav combo: the nutter butter flavor with Kitkat, raspberries and blue berries.

First time here , and i left very dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️! I payed 6$!! For a Small cup and one scoop of ice cream is crazy, and i got a cookie dough flavor it was ok nothing extraordinary about it , and soon she gave it to me the ice cream had already started to melt , like the freezer wasnt cold enough . I would not be coming back here , not worth the money

Just left the shop and I thought hard ant doing this review, I walked in and it was only me and another lady in line.
She was checking out and I ordered 2 taco’s (ice cream) was told they were almost ready.

I’m standing by the checkout waiting, and waiting so as the girls are walking towards the checkout with both tacos, had two customers that walked in AFTER I’ve ordered and was already waiting they handed one of my tacos to them.

So that meant I had to wait for them to go back and grab, wrap etc another one, mind you it was two customers so the other customer still was making up their mind on what they wanted.

I say all of this to say work on customer service this was not it. I could’ve made a big of fuss but I just shook my head and waiting and waiting for the them some more.

Ice cream was delicious

Ice cream is great but bad customer service. They don't get the order ready even when it's time to pick it up. They will take an additional 10 min. even after 25 min. wait for order pickup . They will attend the walk-in customer first no matter when you order. Never order online from here.

Writing this in hopes the manager on duty 2/9/25 between 6pm-6:30pm spoke with the rude heavy set employee who I reported to her after requesting my refund. Long story short.. she made my order incorrectly and after letting her know respectfully she got very rude for no reason. basically telling me accept it or not because she forgot I didn’t want whipped cream. funny thing is I watched her while my daughter ate her ice cream and noticed she had the up most respect for the white customers. wonder if my black skin made her feel like I didnt deserve the respect I gave. who knows.

Everything says open till 11pm door was locked at 10:20

Jasmine was awesome! About 4 om my fam of 3 walked and she greeted us warmly. Made our awesome ice cream and handled all the craziness! Store was clean and there was good parking.

ALLERGY HAZARD. My husband and I get ice cream from here sometimes after my kids go to bed. My son is SEVERELY allergic to nuts. This is why we wait until he is asleep to get ice cream. EVERY time we get ice cream from here I get nuts in my ice cream that I did not ask for. Tonight was the 5th time. This place has great flavors but they are WRECKLESS. If you have nut allergies this place is too risky.

This cold stone creamery was incredible. Was welcomed when I walked in and it smelled amazing. Everything looked very clean. DJ & Christian were so polite and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

The ice cream at this place is top-tier. The only reason I would give it four stars instead of five is because the waffle cones don’t seem to be fresh or freshly made (maybe out of a box). They don’t match the quality of the ice cream. The ice cream is top-tier 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend this place and I love the ice cream. When I go back I will just not get my ice cream in a waffle cone.
