This was the worst experience I've had at this place. I waited 15-20 mins for my children to get their ice cream. Ary is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my baby's ice cream in a waffle cone in which she gave me a waffle bowl. I asked her if they were out of the cones, she said NO. I explained to her that I had ordered it in a Cone and if she could switch it out because it was easier for my baby to handle it. She told me NO because SHE heard bowl and because my daughter had already touched it she couldn't take it back because of sanitation. I was like can you just give me the cone and I switch it out. She said NO BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO JUST TRY TO GET OVER SO I CAN GET ANOTHER CONE. Now what am I going to do with an extra cone??? I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and said there was nothing she can do that she had a line. Ask if she could give me the store manager or corporate info and proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do that because they were busy and had a line and she needed to take care of them and brushed me off. As if I wasn't a paying customer and spent almost $20 on 2 ice creams. Ary was very unprofessional especially considering she was a manager, definitely wont be returning.

There was a sweet girl there all by herself on saturday with a line she had glasses and long red ish hair i think she said she was the manager, she was polite and quick with grabbing my cake and candles also just smells super good in there bc of all the sweets but not an over powering type

Ordered ahead of time and came in to pick up my order. I literally stood for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me or talked to me even with 4 people clearly free to simply ask hey you ordering or picking up. I saw ppl just walk up at random and get their orders or have them made right then and there and others just walk in that are being talked to. finally went "hey I'm here to pick up. I been here 10 minutes before all these ppl walked up fyi." I'm told she "has to make it". Why are all these other ppl just getting their stuff? They have enough time to talk and laugh with each other while ignoring me for the 10 minutes that I was waiting, but not have my order ready? There wasn't a big line. it wasn't busy. there was ONE couple. What's the point of ordering hours ahead If ppl can just walk up and get their stuff made before you? I guess my money and time isn't valuable here.

if I could give a rating of zero, I would. This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order when the lobby got cleared out twice y'all had a new person working on five different peoples orders while the other two people we're not doing anything. I will always recommend marble slab over y'all because that yawls customer service is the worst. The people work in January 25 on the night shift are the ones that caused this bad review.

The ice cream is good but the employees are so slow. It’s like they can’t move their legs or hands. They had 14 clients and they were working even slower. Something needs to be done, as the process they have at the moment is not effective.

if you want a good ice cream place, you would think cold stone would be the place. but not this cold stone. When I had come to take my family out for ice cream, I saw fruit flies flying everywhere and it made me lose my appetite. The service though was good and everyone was kind.

Whoever did the flavoring for the pistachio ice cream went way overboard. I didn't taste it until after I left and didn't want to go back because it was packed full of people. Kinda my fault for not tasting it before I left. Word of advice, taste it BEFORE you pay. It was so bad I had to throw it away!
