Recently we brought them an older Franke Flair espresso maker. It had multiple issues. They went through it with a fine tooth comb. They identified every issue and repaired it perfectly! My espresso maker is good as new! We really appreciate the expertise they have to be able to do something like this! They made us very happy! Thank you!
On the coast we do not have anyone who can come out and work on espresso machines. Mine quit working and Mr. Jimmy came out the next day (1.5 hour drive), got it figured out quickly and we made plans to get it fixed. In the meantime he quickly unwired (hard wired) and unplumbed my machine and hooked up a rental so I can get up and running. 1000 percent recommend
We had Decatur repair our Gaggia Titanium full-automatic espresso machine. They scheduled to pick it up and drop it off at my office in Lafayette. They serviced it fast, very reasonably priced, extremely courteous and stood by their work. We were very impressed and they will service our machines going forward. We would highly recommend them if you have an expensive complicated espresso machine that needs service.
