I absolutely love this place! Food is always fresh and delicious and they have the best coffee drinks in New Orleans! And I can't say enough about the service! This team of employees really work together to make the customer experience a positive one every time! Special shout out to Cole, Kara, and Sydney! Your customer service skills are the best!!

Solid donut, coffee, & bites place. I come here every now and then with my dad for an after-work snack, and it's reliably tasty. The savory food can sometimes be a little salty but otherwise still good.

I Love District Donuts. Quality, service, atmosphere and friendliness of staff. My faves are donuts, grilled chicken house salad (croutons and dressing bring it over top) . Turkey sausage biscuit , veggie burger and French toast biscuits . I haven’t tried PBJ burger but it’s in my list?

I wait all year for the pumpkin cheesecake donuts to come out. The first time I ever had one was like three years ago and it was so heavy and super filled, like the very best donut I ever had in my entire life. Then like 2 years ago, when I got one again, it was still good, but disappointing because I noticed it was not near as filled as the year before. Last year, when they became available again, I ordered one and I had to go back in and show the cashier b/c when I cut it in half, there was such a small amout of filling in it, nothing like the picture on IG. She was like, 'ok - so do you want another one?' I reluctantly accepted, the replacement was slightly better, but not that much. Fast forward to this year, they just came back out with them this week. My daughter was so excited to tell me she picked up 'my favorite pumpkin cheesecake donut from DD.' When I got home, I cut it open and all I can say is, look at the photo. There is like 'less than the tip of a teaspoon of filling in there.' I was like, this has to be a joke. The prices of the donuts are going up while the quality is going down. I don't think I will ever get a donut from here again. It's just too disappointing. I 'treat myself' to a donut like once or twice a year, DD is suppose to be the best, not anymore. I think I'd rather just skip it. Whoever y'all have filling your donuts has to know that's crazy. Like who would be cool with that amount of filling in a 'cream filled donut?' SMH.

Spent $36 on 7 donuts a cinnamon roll and 2 coffees….. The donuts are overly thick, and chewy, almost like dense foam and lack flavor. I’d say Walmart has a better glaze donut. Also seemed like they were old / not fresh. My kids didn’t even want to finish their donuts…... The cinnamon roll was good (for $5….). Coffee was overly sweet but tolerable. Maybe their food is better but this was very disappointing. Feel like what I paid for the donuts should be refunded.
