I only ordered delivery while staying at a hotel in town. The doughnuts were all very pretty and I loved the creative selections. Arrival was fast. Packaging was secure. Breakfast sandwich and "dirty chai" drink were hot. Doughnuts were fresh-enjoyed a bite or 2 of each because I could never decide. Nice treat to start the day. I came back and devoured the remnants of the cinnamon roll for lunch!

I went in search of King Cake and there were some at Elmwood! I had not tasted theirs before but the King Cake was absolutely delicious. Our family really enjoyed it!! Moist layers of goodness!!

I used to come here once a month for years, but I'm going to bring my business elsewhere. Over the last year, the quality of food and service went down. The donut aren't flavorful or pillowy soft anymore. It's hard and tasteless. Also, I don't advise coming here after 4pm. The donuts aren't fresh anymore and have been sitting out uncovered. The workers don't put on gloves when grabbing your food. The guy who rang me up didn't even cover his mouth when he cough. I saw him cough straight into the donuts area after he placed my order into a box. Then, he wanted to catch an attitude when I didn't want to tip him. I'm sorry District Donut. Thank you for the gourmet donuts and viet coffee over the years, but this is goodbye. With the colder season and everyone getting sick, your unhygienic practices and rude customer service aren't appreciated.
Unique and tasty donuts! I like going there particularly for good breakfast food. Good vibe too.

The Rooster chicken sandwich was good. My husband's hickory bacon burger was tasty, but he didn't finish it because it was undercooked. The waffle fries were overcooked, hard and way too salty, and I like a lot of salt...but these were inedible. I had heard good things about this place, but it seems overrated.

I have been coming in regularly because I work around the corner theres no review button on the website but i needed to leave a glowing review for the workers i always see Cole, Ashton, Cam, and Starla they are so kind always checking on me asking how my work day is going and they have my drink and lunch order memorized. I really appreciate them because sometimes after a long work day having a friendly face ask how youve been feels great. I really appreciate the crew here.

Beer was warm. Food was only so so. The guy behind the bar looked really young and obviously didn't know anything about beer. It was a weird experience.

This used to be my favorite place to Visit in Elmwood for their cinnamon rolls. When I went today, the experience was polar opposite of previous experiences (I used to work next door-so I had many experiences). The cinnamon roll was handed over to me ice cold and the top was not brûléed. I asked the person and he said just a “bunch of amateurs” with no offer to brûlée it. I also ordered one of the new alcohol drink which is good but I was shocked when he handed it to me being I just paid 19. For my cinnamon roll and the drink. It was maybe 6 ounces. Unbelievable. I have seen the decline every time i have been to that location. If you are going to charge a premium price, you need to have better people representing your restaurant and quality products. I feel like I was just violated with a cinnamon roll that is not edible and a drink that had four sips in it for a total of 21 with gratuity. I will never be back to this location!!
