I go here a lot. The sandwiches are always great. However, the service is either really good or just atrocious. There's always 12 people behind the counter but it seems like only two of them know what they're actually doing. My time is being wasted, and they're paying people for nothing.

I love me some jersey mikes! defintley the best sub/fast sandwich shop. I really will crave these sandwiches often, and I have never had a single issue with the orders being done right here, always take out though so I never really interact with the staff.

Entered the store 20 minutes to closing and overheard people complaining because the staff attempted to close the store early. We watched people leave the store waiting to order. We gave our order three times, no one wrote it down and we ultimately still were given the wrong order. Ordered a hot sandwich (giant chicken big Kahuna) and somehow we received the wrong order despite being the only customers in the store at the moment. The "grilled" chicken was still cold and uneatable. This was incredibly disappointing and such a bad experience.

NEVER AGAIN !!!
My wife and I went into this establishment for a quick bite to eat. After deciding on what we wanted I maneuvered myself under the ORDER HERE sign. Stood there for about ten minutes while this young girl just stood there operating the meat slicer. Did not receive a HI ILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE or ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SIR
After ten minutes of no greeting of any kind I decided the people that work here are too ignorant to communicate so I really didn’t want them preparing my food
So my wife and I went next door to District sliders and doughnuts and had a wonderful meal !!!

OMG! I encountered one of the best sub restaurants right out of the East Coast! It's called Jersey Mike's and while I continue to see Danny Davito in these commercials, I didn't realize we had one soo close. So as I was running errands I came across one of them. The crew was awesome, informative and suggested that I try having it the way it is sold AND, let me tell you, it was the best! Jersey Mike's, thanks for making it down south to Louisiana. I had the Club Supreme (btw)?

My second time coming in here this week, got me craving for mikes sandwiches.I got the #8 mikes way, which was absolutely delicious. The freshness of the lettuce and onion adds a nice kick to the sourness of the vinaigrette. The crunchiness of the bread and bacon is perfection. This whole sandwich is just amazing. The place is so clean, the employees give off a pleasant happy vibe.
