My colleague ordered her sandwich on wheat bread, but they made it on white. I ordered a sandwich that comes with bacon, but they left off the bacon. This wasn't the first time they've done that to me this year. When I paid with credit card, they didn't give me a receipt or even ask if I wanted one, and I didn't realize it until I was driving away. Had to turn around and go back for it. I told my office we won't be ordering Jersey Mike's from now on.

1st time visiting this location. I was eating from J M when I resided in Ga. In my opinion they are the best sub sandwich establishment. Everything is fresh !!!! Not a wide variety of veggies to dress your sub,nevertheless the sub's are delicious 😋

I tried the #17 Mike's Famous Philly Cheesesteak at Jersey Mike's, and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the provolone cheese melted beautifully. I added red wine vinaigrette, olive oil, bacon, and seasoning, and it took the flavor to another level. Everything was fresh, and the sandwich was packed with just the right amount of toppings. Mr. Esteball was awesome, and the entire evening crew was fantastic. Shout out to the Jersey Mike's team in Harahan for the top-notch service! I’ll definitely be coming back for this incredible Philly, and I can’t wait to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch next time!

I don't think I've had a bad sandwich but I have tried to order the pastrami six times and every time they do not have it in stock you advertise it like it's a great sandwich it looks like a great sandwich but you can't get the sandwich

I go here a lot. The sandwiches are always great. However, the service is either really good or just atrocious. There's always 12 people behind the counter but it seems like only two of them know what they're actually doing. My time is being wasted, and they're paying people for nothing.

I love me some jersey mikes! defintley the best sub/fast sandwich shop. I really will crave these sandwiches often, and I have never had a single issue with the orders being done right here, always take out though so I never really interact with the staff.

Entered the store 20 minutes to closing and overheard people complaining because the staff attempted to close the store early. We watched people leave the store waiting to order. We gave our order three times, no one wrote it down and we ultimately still were given the wrong order. Ordered a hot sandwich (giant chicken big Kahuna) and somehow we received the wrong order despite being the only customers in the store at the moment. The "grilled" chicken was still cold and uneatable. This was incredibly disappointing and such a bad experience.

NEVER AGAIN !!!
My wife and I went into this establishment for a quick bite to eat. After deciding on what we wanted I maneuvered myself under the ORDER HERE sign. Stood there for about ten minutes while this young girl just stood there operating the meat slicer. Did not receive a HI ILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE or ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SIR
After ten minutes of no greeting of any kind I decided the people that work here are too ignorant to communicate so I really didn’t want them preparing my food
So my wife and I went next door to District sliders and doughnuts and had a wonderful meal !!!
