10/10 experience!!! Pizzas were fast and delicious and I was so pleased with the price for what you get !! I loaded my pizza up with all sorts or great toppings that they offer and it was cheaper than ANY over the counter food that you can find these days. Staff was so incredibly sweet. Highly recommend!

This was 1st time to have the “LIT” experience and was pleasantly surprised.
Being from TEXAS I really wasn’t expecting it to be as tasty as it was as since it was a “build it yourself “ establishment.
The staff were friendly and were attentive to all request.
The atmosphere was of a busy pizzeria which it was.I was there at 1230pm during lunch.
Overall: FOR SURE will return.

My friend and I ordered our food and the total was $27 and some change. I attempted to pay with a$100 bill. I was told they don’t have change. I only had $25 additional to the large bill the girl behind the counter says I have $3 so you can place your order and have your drink. The manager comes up and says she’s not paying and took my drink off the order. She was very rude and unprofessional. How you have a successful business and don’t have change for customers and no signs posted on the door or at the register that they can’t change large bills. I like the food there but they lost a customer due to this managers rudeness especially since she kept mean mugging me after.

Delicious to eat here.
The pizzas are always very fresh, with an incredible taste of good.
The place is always tidy and clean even if it is crowded with people, the place is always clean and its bathrooms are always clean.
It is clear that the employees do a very good job.
We hope that the employees are treated very well because they deserve a decent treatment since they do their job very well.
Very happy to be here, this is always the meeting point with our friends and family.

The pizzas were good.
The service was good.
The layout for the line was a bit weird and should be modified. The center of the line is blocked off by pre-made food and drinks so you have to wait in line place your order then squeeze through the people in line and then reform the line on the other side to check out.

Service was good, but the pizzas were not :(
We also got cheese bread that wasn’t good.
My kid even said her cheese pizza wasn’t good & shes 2 lol.
Overall we would give service a 9/10, but pizza was just ehhh. We would have been way more satisfied with Cicis Pizza & cheaper prices.

I love Lit Pizza....... BUT.... Your staff REALLY needs some work! They are slow, indifferent, and have no concept of how to make orders in the order they were taken. You are going to lose clients due to poor service quality.
Lit Pizza is delicious! Definitely recommend! The main part about it is that you can make your own pizza with as many topping as you want.

Ok- read me out- the “Al Pastor” pizza at this place is THE epitome of “LIT”?! This pizza, alone, lives up to the entire name of the company. In fact, if you know me, you know- I don’t even like pizza. I’m the person that when she visits a renowned pizza spot (with her son), she goes directly for the Buffalo wings. ? But THIS pizza, specifically their month’s special: “Al Pastor” pizza, has converted me to “Crust-ianity” ?.Since, I’m not your typical believer, I wanted to be fair & share the opinions of ‘Lit Pizza’ from the perspective of a true pizza devout: my 10-year-old son, Leonidas (aka Lee). ?When I asked Lee to rate this place on a scale from 1-10, he gave it a 4.7. He said it was because “?the crust is too thin!” He mentioned the crust of the pizza not being firm enough to hold the toppings and it kept caving on him. Personally, I didn’t mind this- because I eat tacos & I’m used to having that issue #worthit, but this may be a turning point for any of you avid pizza lovers out there- so it’s only fair that I share. ??♀️Anyhow, aside from the delicious taco-style pizza ?, I truly enjoyed the service. The staff were personable, courteous, and helpful. We went on a Sunday evening, but the ambiance was giving “Friday night”. The prices are a little steep, but I can appreciate the price when considering the business concept. For context, I bought my son a personal pizza (~$10), he was full half-way through it- so I’m sure he could have spared a serving for a friend or sibling. Location is convenient for the Ochsner Fitness crowd after a fun day at the pool.I would definitely get Lit (Pizza) again. Oh, and they have healthy options, as part of their “Get lite!” Menu- witty! ?I converted Lee’s rating to a 2.35 star rating on a 5-star scale. I, myself, gave this place 5 stars. So, combined we give it a 3.68 star rating. I’m rounding up for service! ??
Dietary restrictions: After I ordered, I saw that they have the option of a cauliflower crust! ? I know right? It’s unheard of! Also, “Get Lite” menu options are available as mentioned, like salads and crustless bowls, but I have not tried any yet.
Parking: The parking lot logistics need improvement. The restaurant shares a parking lot with Starbies ( Starbucks), so I can see how parking can become problematic. Also, the parking lot is one-way directional- which should be a consideration during busy hours.
Kid-friendliness: The staff catered to my son and made his first time experience pleasant. Lee was excited to see the staff prepare the pizza and watch it blast-fired. The staff matched his enthusiasm and were above-and-beyond personable to him.
