I went here with a coworker Sunday April 19th about 7:30. One of the young workers was disassembling the food line and placing all the tubs on a cart. I asked if they were closing he said prepping to close. I ask how I’m supposed to order if I don’t even know what all they have he said it’s right back there on the cart after I get all the food on the cart he had a tub of soapy water on the cart also. In half hazard, started dipping his rag and ringing out right over the food, wiping out the tray where he had removed all the food. And scraping harden food off the side walls off the food well. Meanwhile, the girl there will still fixing our pizzas. As it continued to clean all around the food, reaching over our pizzas with his rags as she’s still trying to assemble them. Worst example of pre-closing I’ve ever seen in any restaurant I will not be back

The parking lot here is wild; the Starbucks drive thru creates too much traffic during peak hours. Tight space. It makes it a challenge to escape with a hot pie!

Pizza is better when you get thick crust because the thin crust is always to hard plus they usually for some strange reason put all your toppings in the middle of the pizza instead of spreading them out but this time it was spot on and cooked perfectly

The food was good but the service is terrible. I placed an online order and it was ready for pick up, I saw it on the shelf. I was standing there along with my husband waiting to be acknowledged and watched at least 3 employees pass us by and not once said anything. So when one of the 3 passed us up again my husband stopped him asked if the order was ours and he handed it off to us. That’s enough for me to not return.
Service still hasn’t improved, the pizza is good but the customer service needs work. No acknowledgment while waiting on my pick up order that’s just sitting on the shelf getting cold. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
I went in on a recommendation. When I entered they were well staffed. 6-7 people working behind the counter. I chose 3 gluten free pizza’s. The food was well prepared. I went to the register paid 18% gratuity. My total was about $48 and some change with tip. We made it to the table and it was filthy. Much like other tables around the restaurant. But we just wiped it down and sat to eat. I eventually decided to get another pizza because the other pizza that we had had toppings that someone didn’t care for. One of the pizzas that I ordered did not have marinara sauce as a base. So after they made the pizza, I asked them for a side of marinara. After spinning a total of $70 and some change they wanted me to get back in line and pay for a marinara sauce that cost a dollar. My pizza was done and hot and ready, and everyone was ready to go. Now I understand business and logistics but once you spend as much as I spent in there in on top of that giving a tip, I didn’t feel like it was necessary for me to swipe my card for an additional $1. Is safe to say that I won’t be returning anytime soon. For the lack of customer service and cleanliness. When do you have that many people on staff? It’s no reason why anything should be be clean at all times.

The young ladies that waited on me was so nice and so patient. when they helped me build a good Pizza, I would recommend everyone to go and try their Pizza. Love The whole staff very professional it was pleasurable to have employers with such good attitudes and manners and professionalism.
