Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. Had the Veggie pizza and it was delicious the crust was sweet and it was cooked just right. We will be returning. A must try kind of place.

It's such an enjoyable experience being able to customize your pizza. Now I have experienced one altercation where my food did not come out as I asked, due to whatever miscommunication that was, the manager gave me a gift card to come back and get the food again and even asked if I wanted them to remake it. I was in a hurry at the time so I just took it as it was. The customer service is great and the food even better because you basically make it! Easy, quick, and lots of endless options. They also do a monthly special on curated pizzas and have special discounts on certain days too!

It was really good when they first opened but not so much anymore. They no longer put as much sauce on the dough, so you end up with almost 2 inches of plain crust all around your pizza. I guess it's possibly their way to cut down on toppings?

It was my first experience to Lit pizza! The food was delicious and the lemonades were just as great! The staff was awesome and the inside was clean and smelled devine! I will definitely be going back!

Ever since my wife introduced me to this place, we go out our way to stop here. Really delicious pizza and it's fast and just awesome experience overall. If I could do 6 stars, I'd ask for 7.

This is a great place to go with the kids, it’s quick and everybody picks their own plus it’s always really good. I usually get the pizza in a bowl but tonight I did the Birria pizza of the month and it was delicious! My husband and I always split the build your own and it’s amazing. Staff is always super helpful and attentive, you can sit outside if you want to and lots of drink options too. The Jalapeno bacon cheese sticks are the best thing on the menu, they come with ranch to dip and they’re amazing!

I can’t pass up the chance to build my own pizza! We stopped by Lit Pizza for a quick dinner while shopping nearby. They have a great selection of toppings, including plenty of fresh veggies, which I love. The thin crust was delicious, and the outdoor seating area was lovely. The staff were kind and helpful too. I’ll definitely be back!

Ive had enough negative experiences here to warrant a 1 star review. Its not the pizza, it's a customer service problem. It took 47 minutes from the time I walked in the door til the time I was handed my pizza. First it got lost. Then they found it. All the Togo orders got mixed up. Then it had sauce on it that I didn't order go to remake it now that the resteraunt is empty and they ask dine in or carry out. I said dine in, twice. Dude puts my pizza in a to-go box less than one minute after I said dine in, the paper the pizza sits on says dine in. Severe incompetence is an understatment. Please, upper management / franchise owner, take corrective action. There's a few that work there, I know I will get my pizza without issue. If it's not them, I have some type of issue like stated above. Please hire competent people.
