I’ve been eyeing this food truck for a while on social media and finally had the chance to try them. We went on a Wednesday evening for dinner.
I originally wanted the crawfish pie fries but they sold out, and for good reason because they looked delicious. I got the beef and cheese fries which were still really good. I enjoy the fries because they’re 1. Krinkle cut and 2. Not fried hard. I like a good balance of soft but crispy fries and these were great.

Great burger! Really enjoyed it!
I keep forgetting to get pics of the burger before I devour it lol! But Catin’s definitely has one of the best burgers in town! Our go to burger is simply the Catin’s burger fully dressed…the onion jam is divine and the burger is actually still amazing without it lol! I also love that they have the #everybodyeats campaign. Check em out and see what it’s all about!
