Food Courts in Erath, LA

“I’ve been eyeing this food truck for a while on social media and finally had the chance to try them. We went on a Wednesday evening for dinner. I originally wanted the crawfish pie fries but they sold out, and for good reason because they looked delicious. I got the beef and cheese fries which were still really good. I enjoy the fries because they’re 1. Krinkle cut and 2. Not fried hard. I like a good balance of soft but crispy fries and these were great. The burgers were also delicious. I got the Spicy Mammy (sp?) one and it was really good! The beef was cooked perfectly, not overdone and dry. This is exactly what I think of when I want a good greasy burger. It’s not something I can have often due to not wanting my doctor to be mad at me if my cholesterol or triglycerides go up. But when I can get my hands on it, I’ll get it every now and then. Great job!“
