I will say that the service from this food truck was spot-on the atmosphere was great but the food was a box of depression.I didn't mind that my food was cold because of the drive back home. I got the nachos. The nachos were a mass of stale chips with unseasoned pale beef with canned corn and mediocre can cheese. They were topped piled high with raw diced onions and cilantro.The Chile Verde sauce had no salt no lime all you tasted was onion. It tasted like green onion water. The only spice you got was from the jalapeno peppers that tried to give it a little push of flavor over the fence but couldn't muster at all.

Stopped at the Bluesman Seafood. Amazing choice last night and BBQ lunch today. Last night the seafood spaghetti was great. Today the BBQ is fall of the bone good. All the fixings are great also.
