Full of flavor and all the charm and ambiance to match. Southern Spread has an amazing menu with a variety of different items to suit everyone. My faves are the boudin egg roll and all of her grilled cheese items! The shrimp and grits are to die for. They are accommodating for breakfast lunch dinner or special events. Highly recommend, 10 stars for sure!!!
This restaurant is one the best in town. I normally venture out of Abbeville to get the quality of service and cleanliness desired. Being it's a newer restaurant, I thought I'd give it a try.First off, the wait time is little to none and quick due to advanced check out pos system. The restaurant was the cleanest. One of the best little Cajun cuisine spots in Abbeville, LA. We enjoyed refreshing lemon drop martini's followed by a loaded seafood stuffed potatoe and "The Rome" a grilled cheese stuff with shrimp and crawfish & cheese sauce along with a side order of garlic white truffle fries. This was really a great tasting combination of "OMG, that's so good!!" and just enough spicy that will send your taste buds dancing for more! WOW!
