I live a little ways so I decided to get 5 pounds of crawfish it doesn’t feel like 5 pounds even and they forgot my sides and everything along with dip I’m so sad!!
Waited almost an hour for crawfish. watched people walk in and out in 10 minutes, while there were 5 or 6 of us waiting for 50+ minutes. Asked for spicy crawfish and all they did was dump seasoning on the top layer of crawfish in the bag. Half the crawfish were undercooked or just super tough/chewy. Didn't get any of the sides I paid for. They were completely understaffed and overwhelmed. People from the line outside were having to come inside for food.
