Food was cold. The hamburger tasted old dry as paper. I had to wait forever in the line just to order then after I ordered had to pay and wait in the drive thru reserved spot all together for a stop that was suppose to be quick and convenient to waiting 38 minutes and 39 seconds for food. The only reason I eat that heartattack in a paper is because it's fast and convenient. Never again I'll buy a $40 salad before I go back to this particular McDonald's. If I could give no stars that's what they deserve. Manager laughing and cutting up with employees instead of making g them do their job.
The drinks tasted so nasty today and people over here wasting money on mobile ordering cuz the employees think they lying about their order on the phone when there is literally proof of purchase. Being unprofessional will only make things worse!

Placed mobile order and was a pretty large order. Got there at 5:04pm order said ready at 5:06pm. No name or order called out so I waited to hear someone call it out and nothing. So at 5:28 pm I walked in front of the pick up order area and not a single person acknowledged me until 5:38pm in which was told oh well it's been back here you need to make sure you don't hit the I'm here button if you want the order to be ready later but here's your order. Cold fries, cold burgers and nuggets. So kinda wasted over $40 on the food we didn't get to enjoy at all

they have some nasty and rude employees, when i went in there to say i’m missing a item that i order the manager have the nerve to look at me and roll her eyes smh if you don’t like your job don’t come to work . I was even nice and polite with them
