I placed an order on the app and after getting home I noticed that the chicken strips were missing. I called and talked to the manager, Mikijah, and explained what happened. He apologized and assured they would replace the meal when I went back next time. I went back a couple weeks later and he replaced the meal. The rest of the staff was very courteous and attentive.

It's difficult to give more than 3 stars when they are constantly making huge mistakes on people's orders and have you waiting and parking off to the side having to wait on your order. Not the friendliest crew, either.

The drink tasted like Lysol The cleaning supplies my food was cold for the first we and then after we drank it, we started coughing and then we have to drink it again to make sure and we started choking on the drink because it was so horrible I never been. I never drank a drink worse than that and that’s saying something because I eat weird things. I drink weird things. Well this is my review. One store. Lisa service was not fast.

Just here to say Harley is doing a good job! We know we are going to have to wait for the food pretty much anytime we go but she is always kind and smiling. Top tier attitude in a less than average atmosphere. I’m proud of her.

Man these people never get your order right. You tell them your order and ring it up as something else. What happened to this place? It's like the workers are lazy and don't care because the food tastes dry and nasty.

Food was cold. The hamburger tasted old dry as paper. I had to wait forever in the line just to order then after I ordered had to pay and wait in the drive thru reserved spot all together for a stop that was suppose to be quick and convenient to waiting 38 minutes and 39 seconds for food. The only reason I eat that heartattack in a paper is because it's fast and convenient. Never again I'll buy a $40 salad before I go back to this particular McDonald's. If I could give no stars that's what they deserve. Manager laughing and cutting up with employees instead of making g them do their job.

Placed mobile order and was a pretty large order. Got there at 5:04pm order said ready at 5:06pm. No name or order called out so I waited to hear someone call it out and nothing. So at 5:28 pm I walked in front of the pick up order area and not a single person acknowledged me until 5:38pm in which was told oh well it's been back here you need to make sure you don't hit the I'm here button if you want the order to be ready later but here's your order. Cold fries, cold burgers and nuggets. So kinda wasted over $40 on the food we didn't get to enjoy at all
