Had to return for refund..couldn’t find cheese or sauce on specialty large pizza. It pulled apart so neatly, but the ingredients tumbled off.. when I called to return to get some cheese and sauce added, they said it had plenty, and that there’s just less on a stuffed crust. Paul the manager got on the phone and told me I was wrong, and that he’d made it and sliced it himself. I asked if he’d noticed how clean the blade was, with no cheese or sauce. I asked for a refund, and no argument. When I brought it back to show them, they pointed to the cheese, but I separated slices, and demonstrated that there was nothing but uncooked ingredients on an undercooked crust. They weren’t interested in correcting their mistake, since that’s how they make them there, no mistake.

For the price you pay here, you might as well go to Gatties Pizza..Hardly any meat on a Super Supreme Pizza and very little meat on a Meat Lovers Pizza...Sorry, but I will never go back there...

I went to this Pizza Hut because I wanted to get my kids pizza for dinner. We usually eat Dominos but it was closer so that’s what I chose. I walked in and sat down near the register bc my back and feet were hurting something awful. Two people walked in to pick up their order and when they were done I said to the cashier I was ready to order (I was still sitting down). She looked at me and said, “Mais you gotta stand up to order.” So I asked her if she couldn’t hear me from where I was sitting. She looked at me, twisted her mouth and rolled her eyes. ? She then turned to the other lady that had walked in and asked her if she was picking up her order. I sat for a moment longer contemplating on whether or not I wanted to make a scene and decided not to (I know smoke was coming from my ears bc I could feel them getting hot). She NEVER came back to me to take my order. So I just left. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT PIZZA HUT AGAIN? They will NEVER get my money EVER!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Pizza was delivered under cooked and smashed up. Brought it back to the store after it was delivered. I asked for a remake and a refund on the pizza for my trouble. (My order was delivery) the manger Basically Accused me of holding the pizza on its side and said no . Lol all I wanted was a pizza night why would I do that to my food. They wouldn't get my business again.

Placed a order for a pizza at 4:59 to be picked up for 6:30.. my pizza was cooked at 4:59 and sat in the warmer for over a hour, (also requested for the pizza to be cut into squares, and it was not)when picked up the cashier cashed me out and gave me the wrong change went back in to tell her she gave the wrong change she was nice about it.. but once I got home and realized my pizza was not fresh and had been cooked for well over a hour, called to make a complaint was called a liar that my ticket did not say cut into squares and told that I act like the cashier owed me 20$.. weather it was 5$ or 20$ you still made a mistake and that’s not the customers problem.. if the computer tells you how much change to give there is no reason for that mistake…

We saw a message posted on the Pizza Hut Eunice, LA location board outside stating that the buffet is back. Upon arrival we learned that the buffet service ended at 1pm.
Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is suitable for kids at all times.
